LOTADER® 4700T is a random ethylene - ethyl acrylate - maleic anhydride terpolymer. LOTADER® 4700T resins: Acrylic ester brings softness and polarity, while keeping high thermal stability during processing. The high content of acrylic ester leads to high flexibility (low-cristallinity) and high impact absorption behaviour. Maleic anhydride gives reactivity (towards OH and NH2 groups), leading to optimal dispersion during melt mixing with engineering thermoplastics (mainly polyamides). LOTADER® 4700T is suitable as modifier to improve the impact strength of polyamides (PA6,PA66, PA12 etc.). Its high processability allows to dry blend Lotader 4700T with polyamide and process it by direct injection molding. It can also be used as a compatibilizer for polyamides and polyolefins blends.

Focus Ester PA 2500 is a synthetic polymerized ester designed to boost performance and enhance finish in severe metalworking applications. It is a high molecular weight ester designed to offer the highest lubricity available and it has a molecular weight that gives it a perfect structure to replace chlorinated paraffins. Focus Ester PA 2500 is a branched chain fatty acid, which offers the highest level of thermal and hydrolytic properties. Also, it is expected to be less susceptible to bacterial attack than conventional fatty esters. In addition to replacing chlorine, Focus Ester PA 2500 can be used to replace or reduce treat levels of all other EP additives, like phosphorous, inactive sulfur, active sulfur, lard oil, blow oil and other fatty friction modifiers. The product’s high viscosity and viscosity index provides high film strength making it an ideal additive for metal forming applications.
