AVANSE™ MV-100 represents the latest technology in waterborne acrylic polymers for high performance and low VOC industrial maintenance coatings. It provides formulators with a single resin which can be formulated into corrosion-resistant primers, highly durable topcoats, and high gloss direct-to-metal (DTM) finish coats. The novel technology behind the AVANSE™ Resins product line leads to new standards in film gloss, durability, corrosion control, chemical and solvent resistance, and adhesion. One aspect of this new technology is the formation of latex-pigment composite particles, which gives more homogeneous pigment distribution and results in enhanced corrosion resistance. Also, combining a novel polymer composition and the ability to self-crosslink after film formation, AVANSE™ MV-100 Resin offers the ability to formulate high performance coatings with volatile organic content (VOC) at or below 100 g/L. The favorable colloidal stability of AVANSE™ MV-100 Resin accommodates a broad range of formulation types, providing the formulator with a versatile binder for a variety of applications. Formulation robustness, along with 50-51% weight solids, allows the formulator to produce coatings with volume solids above conventional waterborne binders.

PARALOID™ AU-608X Resin are acrylic polyols specifically designed to produce hard, resistant, durable coatings when reacted with aliphatic isocyanates. The exceptional properties of these coatings have led to increased use in such heavy duty maintenance applications as chemical plant storage tanks and offshore rigs and platforms.

OREVAC® 18362 is a maleic anhydride grafted linear low density polyethylene.

Bayferrox® 420 is an iron oxide-based yellow pigment, also known as ferric oxide yellow. It is primarily used in industrial additives, plastics, and elastomers for its pigmenting properties. KRONOS® 1171 is an anatase pigment approved for coloring pharmaceutical products i. e. tablets, capsules, lotions, nutraceuticals. It can also be used as a colorant in decorative cosmetics and personal care products like eye shadows, lip sticks, nail varnishes, creams, soaps and tooth pastes etc.

MACROLEX® Red B is a dye used in plastics and elastomers for household goods and toys. It is suitable for both opaque and transparent dyeing.

MAINCOTE™ EC-11 is an acrylic polymer recommended for use in elastomeric coatings for industrial maintenance applications on both metal and cementitious substrates. When formulated as an anti-corrosive coating, MAINCOTE™ EC-11 Acrylic Emulsion can be applied to both clean and marginally-prepared rusty steel, and imparts excellent corrosion resistance, adhesion, low temperature flexibility and dirt pickup resistance. When applied to concrete surfaces, MAINCOTE™ EC-11 Acrylic Emulsion provides excellent resistance to blistering and the stresses imparted by thermal cycling. It is especially useful in applications where prevention of spalling and scaling of the concrete surface, caused by exposure to water and deicing chemicals, is required. The proper formulation and elastomeric nature of MAINCOTE™ EC-11 Acrylic Emulsion facilitates the production of coatings with excellent flexibility, very low VOC levels (< 50 g/L), and the ability to be applied in thick films (e.g., 10-20 mils dry) without sagging or mudcracking.

3M™ Boron Nitride Cooling Filler Flakes 200-15 is a versatile ceramic material offering thermal conductivity, temperature stability, chemical resistance, high reflectivity, lightweighting and electrical insulation. The structure of layered hexagonal plates provides outstanding lubricating properties and is non-abrasive to tooling.

It is also referred to by several synonyms, such as ferric ferrous oxide and iron(II,III) oxide.

RHOPLEX® HG-706 is the new binder is designed for interior and exterior VOC compliant gloss and semigloss enamels, allowing formulators to produce high-performance coatings at 50 g/l VOC. RHOPLEX® HG-706 takes advantage of innovative technology to improve enamel performance over that of conventional latex polymers. The combination of an all-acrylic backbone and ambient-cure crosslinking technology provides superior performance in formulations ranging from 50 to 150 g/l VOC. Enamels based on RHOPLEX® HG-706 provide excellent adhesion, block, and stain removal.

CEAMPECTIN EX 4433 is a specialty ester pectin extracted from selected high quality citrus peel and standardized with dextrose, designed to be used as a gelatine improver.

ROVACE™ 9100AF Copolymer Emulsion is a new emulsion that offers the same performance as ROVACE 9100 Copolymer Emulsion, but is manufactured without the use of APEO surfactants. ROVACE 9100AF Copolymer Emulsion is a 55% solids vinyl/acrylic binder for interior flat and semigloss paints. This new generation of binder offers exceptional scrub resistance and stain removal and its consistent particle size minimizes variability in paint production. ROVACE 9100AF Copolymer Emulsion is compatible with today's prevalent use of rheologymodifiers that show very good application properties, flow and leveling characteristics. In our lab testing and evaluations we have not seen any differences in formulation parameters, application properties or dry film property differences between ROVACE 9100 and ROVACE 9100AF Copolymer Emulsion.
