D.E.H.® 26 Curing Agent is an economical liquid aliphatic polyamine hardener, tetraethylenepentamine (TEPA), that offers a short pot-life and cures in minutes with standard unmodified liquid epoxy resins. Similar to D.E.H.® 24 Epoxy Curing Agent in application, it provides lower vapor hazard to workers due to its higher boiling point. D.E.H.® 26 Epoxy Curing Agent is used for maintenance paints, the manufacture of epoxy-amine adducts, in adhesives, and civil engineering applications. It is also used as an accelerator for polyamide curing agents. In electrical applications, D.E.H.® 26 Curing Agent is used for casting, potting and encapsulation.

BONDERITE® L-GP M 208 is a high solids molybdenum disulfide additive in petroleum oil. It is specially formulated to provide an easy and economical method of fortifying greases and heavy oils with MoS2. The fine particles in this dispersion permit fully effective coverage at much lower solids contents than are required with MoS2 powder. This property also extends the range of application of finished lubricants to other industrial uses which require the benefits of solid film lubrication, but may be somewhat intolerant of coarse solid additives.

Focus Polysurf LRP is an additive package that simplifies the blending of synthetic metalworking lubricants. By packaging several high performance components together at optimized ratios, lubricant manufacturers can reduce inventory complexity and increase formulating flexibility. Focus Polysurf LRP is a complex mixture of high performance lubricity and corrosion inhibitors that can be used to formulate water-based synthetic machining and grinding fluids. This product utilizes chemistry that is both extremely low foaming and very hard water stable. Focus Polysurf LRP does not contain any chlorine, sulfur or phosphorus chemistry. It is free of secondary amines and is naturally bioresistant. Using Polysurf LRP, a transparent true solution with good tramp oil rejection properties can be formulated. It is recommended that this product be cutback with water at a ratio of 50/50. Additional ingredients such as extreme pressure additives (e.g., Focus Ester PE 2050), supplemental lubricity components, bactericide/fungicides, or dyes can be added as desired.

Cotin® 280 is a liquid organotin carboxylate catalyst recommended for use in room temperature vulcanised (RTV) silicone systems and polyurethane foams and elastomers. Cotin® 280 should be considered a “moderate to rapid” catalyst, for relatively faster cure. It does not utilize acetic acid in its manufacture, and therefore, does not have the odor or corrosiveness normally associated with organotin acetates. This tetrol is polymerized with ethylene and propylene oxides and is autocatalytic due to its amine content. This polyol’s functionality makes it optimal for use in rigid foams as a crosslinking modifier. In addition, CARPOL® EDAP-800 can also be used as a curative for most C.A.S.E. applications.
