Wayncor™ 240 is a white Basic Zinc Molybdate anti-corrosive pigment which imparts good corrosion resistance to protective primers. It has a wide variety use in thermo set and thermo plastic systems. It can be used alone or in conjunction with other anti-corrosive additives. The typical use level for this product is between 3 - 7% based on total formula weight. It has a small particle size and narrow distribution which will permit it to be used in wash primers, DTM, or primer applications.

ZINC STEARATE TX PASTILLES are a low bulk density, very fine white powder.

ZINC STEARATE RSN VEG are high bulk density, granular powder.

ZINC STEARATE XM POWDER CODE 5925 has medium bulk density, fine white powder.

ZINC STEARATE PM ULTRAFINE HYDENSE® is a medium to low bulk density, fine white powder.

ZINCUM SW 2309 is in low bulk density, fine white powder.

Wayncor™ 226 is a premium multi-component corrosion inhibitor pigment that comprises distinctly different inhibitive species to provide a high degree of corrosion protection on ferrous substrates. Although versatile it is highly recommended for water based acrylic primers where a high degree of corrosion resistance is required. Typical use level is between 3 - 7% total formula weight.

ZINC STEARATE SW is used in coated paper and paperboard, industrial cleaning, and surface care markets. It is applicable in rubber compounding processes. It functions as a lubricant, release agent, and water repellent in cleaning ingredients, industrial additives, and plastics and elastomers.

LP-V01-20 ZnS/2P is a pigment used in industrial additives for colorants, and it is applicable in fluids and lubricants, as well as in plastics and elastomers.

LP-V01-13-00 ZnS/10P is used in inorganic phosphors production and as a pigment in industrial additives for colorants.

ZINC STEARATE XM POWDER HYDENSE is medium bulk density, fine white powder.

Wayncor™ 219 is a zinc aluminum orthophosphate hydrate. It is a free flowing white powder intended for the use in anti-corrosion primer applications. Its pH allows it to be formulated into a wide range of formulas but is particularly effective in solvent systems and water based epoxies. Typical use levels range between 2 - 7% total formula weight.

Baerostab® L 230 is a zinc-based stabilizer primarily used in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and epoxy (EP) applications. It is characterized by low heavy metal content and is non-toxic, making it suitable for use in sensitive applications such as food and pharmaceutical packaging, as well as medical and healthcare applications. This stabilizer provides excellent thermal stability, ensuring enhanced performance and durability of the materials. It functions as a PVC stabilizer and general stabilizer for various polymers.

LP-V01-12-00 ZnS/10P-D is a pigment used in chemical manufacturing, fluids and lubricants, and industrial markets. It is applicable in the production of inorganic phosphors and is also used as a pigment in industrial additives, as well as in plastics and elastomers.

Wayncor™ 224 is a white non-refractive, corrosion inhibitive pigment used in protective coatings systems. It is compatible with a wide assortment of commercially available resin systems. It can provide an economic alternative to standard grade zinc phosphate. Performance can vary depending upon choice of resin system, but in general the use level would be between 3 - 10% total formula weight.
