Identification & Functionality

Features & Benefits

Materials Features
Key Features
  • Zinc Stearate RSN Powder is produced from a high quality tallow derived fatty acid for polymer applications requiring a high purity, fine powdered processing aid with good handling and feeding characteristics for polystyrene, polyolefin and other thermoplastic resins.
Product Performance
  • Low impurity levels ensure high clarity and heat stability to prevent haze and discoloration in unpigmented polystyrene, polyolefins and other clear thermoplastics.
  • Provides acid catalyst neutralization for polyolefins and excellent lubrication and mold release properties in polystyrene and other thermoplastic applications.
  • Consistent physical properties provide good blending and dispersion properties with a large variety of materials.
  • The fine particle size provides excellent lubrication and surface quality in a variety of resin molding applications.
