D.E.R.® 6510-HT has been developed for high-performance, fusion bonded epoxy coatings withstanding high operating temperatures. This resin also offers excellent chemical and corrosion resistance coupled with the outstanding heat performance. D.E.R.® 6510-HT solid epoxy resin is a 2-functional epoxy resin which has been chemically modified to allow fusion bonded powder coating formulations to withstand operating temperatures up to 160°C. D.E.R.® 6510-HT solid epoxy resin enables fusion bonded binder systems to achieve an optimized balance of properties using commonly available, commercial crosslinkers and normal processing conditions. D.E.R.® 6510-HTsolid epoxy resin can be used in combination with standard and modified bisphenol A and novolac epoxy resins. This will help formulators to develop a powder coating system with the right balance of thermal and mechanical properties while still providing good corrosion resistance and chemical resistance.

D.E.R.® 6508 Solid Epoxy Resin has been developed for high-performance, fusion bonded epoxy coatings for demanding functional coating applications. D.E.R. 6508 Epoxy Resin is a 2-functional epoxy resin which has been chemically modified to allow the formulation of highly crosslinked, heat-resistant systems capable of withstanding temperatures in excess of 160°C. EBECRYL® P104 is an acrylated amine used as a hydrogen donor, or photoactivator, in ultraviolet light (UV) curable coatings and inks. When used in formulations in combination with a photosensitizer (e.g. benzophenone), EBECRYL P104 provides rapid UV cure response in air by mitigating the effects of oxygen inhibition at the coating or ink surface. Recommended levels are from 5 to 15% based on total formulation, usually combined with 3-5% photosensitizer. EBECRYL P104 can be used with EBECRYL P39 (a polymeric benzophenone derivative) for formulations requiring low residual odor.

PARALOIDâ„¢ A-21LV 30% Resin is similar to PARALOIDâ„¢ A-21LV 30% Resin in characteristics and uses but because of its solvent system, PARALOIDâ„¢ A-21LV 30% Resin possesses better compatibility with cellulosics, such as nitrocellulose and cellulose acetate butyrate. PARALOIDâ„¢ A-21LV 30% Resin also will allow a higher solids content at spray viscosity.
