EBECRYL® 3720-TM40 is the bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate, EBECRYL 3720, diluted 40% by weight with the reactive diluent trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA)(1) to provide a lower viscosity, easier handling product. EBECRYL® 3720-TM40 exhibits fast cure response and light color. Films of EBECRYL® 3720-TM40 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high gloss and surface hardness, and excellent chemical resistance.

TEGO® Wet 500 is a silicone-free substrate wetting additive with low foam tendecy. It is highly recommended for water borne coatings with dynamic applications.

UVACURE® 1600 is thermally stable iodonium salt photoinitiators are used to induce the polymerization of epoxides and other cationically polymerizable materials on exposure to UV light. UVACURE® 1600 is p-(octyloxyphenyl)phenyliodonium hexafluoroantimonate in solid form. It is compatible with most UV cationic cure systems and is especially useful for the rapid polymerization of thin clear coatings on metal, plastic, and paper substrates. EBECRYL® 1360 is a silicone hexaacrylate that improves slip, substrate wetting and coating flow and leveling when used as an additive in formulations cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB). Cured films containing EBECRYL® 1360 will exhibit a smooth, tack free surface, with good blocking resistance. Because of its acrylate functionality, the silicone cures into the polymeric backbone, thus eliminating the migration that free silicones often display in coatings. EBECRYL® 1360 is particularly effective in EB cured formulations.
