Naugalube® 750 is an antioxidant used in appliances and electronics, automotive fluids and lubricants, cold chain and insulation, marine fluids and lubricants, transmission fluids, and general fluids and lubricants. It is suitable for engine oils, gear oils, hydraulic fluids, and turbine and compressor oils.

Calcinate® C-400W is a 400 TBN modified overbased calcium sulfonate containing a high level of crystalline "calcite" calcium carbonate. Calcinate® C-400W is designed to provide excellent extreme pressure, anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties to a lubricant. It is recommended for use in rust protective and forming oils as a chlorine replacement to impart enhanced extreme pressure characteristics of a crystalline overbased calcium sulfonates. This product is used as a component in metal working fluids where the unique lubricity and extreme pressure properties of calcium carbonate are utilized. Calcinate® C-400W is compatible with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

Additin® RC 8210 is a chemical blend used as an extreme pressure additive and metal deactivator in gear oils, greases, hydraulic oils, metalworking fluids, and turbine & compressor fluids. It is odor-free, providing excellent performance in compressor oils, gear oils, greases, hydraulic fluids, and turbine oils.

Calcinate® C-300CS is a 300 TBN oil soluble crystalline overbased calcium sulfonate. It is recommended for use in soluble oils, rust protective oils and semi-synthetic fluids as a chlorine replacement to impart enhanced extreme pressure characteristics of a crystalline overbased calcium sulfonates without the sediment formation. This product is used as a component in metal working fluids where the unique lubricity and extreme pressure properties of crystalline calcium carbonate are utilized. Calcinate® C300CS is compatible with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

Durad® 150B is a t-butylphenyl phosphate ester. Triaryl phosphates are widely known as effective, ashless antiwear and mild extreme pressure additives for lubricants and functional fluids. The primary function of triaryl phosphates is to reduce friction and wear in applications where high loads cause boundary lubrication conditions. The Durad® product line offers the broadest range of physical and performance properties tailored for specific applications. The t-butylphenyl phosphates are one of several families of products in the lubricant additives product range. Other additives families include trialkyl phosphates, isopropylphenyl phosphates and cresol- and xylenol phosphates TYPICAL PROPERTIES Durad® t-butylphenyl phosphates are manufactured to provide a range of physical property characteristics as below. NYONOL™ LP-625 is a water insoluble polyalkene glycol (PAG). It is a clear liquid at room temperature with a low vapor pressure. NYONOL™ LP-625 exhibits excellent lubricity and can be used in various industrial lubricating applications.

Calcinate® NC is first intent 30 TBN neutral calcium sulfonate. This neutral calcium sulfonate product is designed to exhibit a low level of reactivity in formulations due to its limited free alkalinity, while providing detergency, rust inhibition and boundary lubrication characteristics. The use of Calcinate® NC is recommended for lubricant formulations where cleanliness is desired. Calcinate® NC is compatible with mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks, and may also be used with esters to provide detergency and corrosion protection.

Additin® RC 7132 is a chemical blend used as an antioxidant in gear oils, greases, hydraulic oils, metalworking fluids, motor oils, quenching oils, and turbine oils. It is known for easy handling and provides excellent oxidation stability in various lubricating applications, including compressor oils, gear oils, and heat transfer fluids.

Calcinate® OR is a 400 TBN first intent overbased calcium sulfonate. This product is a high quality sulfonate designed to be a component in metal working formulations providing the beneficial effects of alkalinity for neutralizing acid and superior demulsibility for rust inhibition. It also directly protects the metal surface from corrosion. The calcium to sulfonate ratio is optimized for good oil solubility and compatibility with other formulating components. Calcinate® OR is compatible with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

Additin® RC 3760 is a single-ingredient organophosphate used as an anti-wear agent, corrosion inhibitor, and extreme pressure additive. It is applied at a dosage of 0.5% (w/w) and is suitable for use in gear oils, greases, hydraulic oils, industrial oils, metalworking fluids, and turbine & compressor fluids. The product provides excellent corrosion inhibition, extreme pressure performance, high load carrying capacity, and wear protection.

Calcinate® C-300R is a 300 TBN first intent overbased calcium sulfonate. This overbased calcium sulfonate is a high quality acid scavenging additive used primarily in rust preventive formulations. Calcinate® C-300R is designed to be a component in metal working formulations providing the beneficial effects of alkalinity for neutralizing acid and superior demulsibility for rust inhibition. The calcium to sulfonate ratio is optimized for good oil solubility and compatibility with other formulating components.
