LOTADER® AX8900 is a random ethylene-methyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer. Acrylic ester brings softness and polarity, while keeping high thermal stability during processing. The high content of acrylic ester leads to high flexibility (low crystallinity) and high impact absorption behaviour. Glycidyl methacrylate provides reactivity (versus OH, COOH and NH₂ groups), leading to optimal dispersion during melt mixing with engineering thermoplastics. As an ethylene copolymer, LOTADER® AX8900 is compatible with LDPE in all proportions, and with almost all other ethylene copolymers. LOTADER® AX8900 is suitable as an additive to improve impact strength of engineering thermoplastics (PPS, PBT, PET) and PC/PBT, PC/PET and PC/ABS alloys. LOTADER® AX8900 can be used as a compatibiliser for polyesters/polyolefins blends and in some formulated adhesive tapes.

Maleic anhydride provides reactivity (towards OH and NH2 groups), leading to optimal dispersion during melt mixing with engineering thermoplastics. LOTADER® 4700 is suitable as modifier to improve the impact strength of polyamides (PA6, PA66, PA12...). It can also be used as a compatibiliser for polyamides/polyolefins blends.

VANCRYL 68 is compatible with most acrylic vehicles and other vehicles such as maleic resins. VANCRYL® 68 is effective as a protective colloid in the production of styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsions.

LOTADER® 3430 is a random ethylene-methyl acrylate-maleic anhydride terpolymer. LOTADER® 3430 is a versatile adhesive for extrusion coating or lamination, designed as: Concentrate to be used in dry blend with LDPE. LOTADER® 3430 improves adhesion of LDPE on aluminium foils, metallized or primerized films. Ready for use resin to be used pure. LOTADER® 3430 gives excellent adhesion on substrates likes aluminum foil, metallized plastics, paper, board, PE and some plastic films like BOPP. Coextrusion tie layer for PE/PA in extrusion coating process. LOTADER® 3430 can also be used as a coupling agent for mineral filled compounds such as halogen free flame retardant wires and cables, a compatibiliser for polyamide/polyolefin blends and a modifier for polyamides.

As an ethylene copolymer, LOTADER® 9305T is compatible with PE in all proportions, and with most ethylene copolymers. Vinyl acetate brings softness, flexibility, and polarity while maleic anhydride brings reactivity, leading to versatile adhesive properties to polar and non-polar substrates. LOTADER® 9305T is compatible with most tackifying resins and waxes and can be used in hot melt adhesives formulations.
