Preventol® AM 63-D is a preservative used in paints and coatings applications.

The product has an excellent colloidal stability (shelf life of 12 months) and complies with VOC-free, tin-free Does not contain intentionally added organic tin compounds and stenomer Chemically well-defined monomeric or multi functional acrylates, with low molecular weight and very narrow molecular weight distribution free requirements. Due to its low viscosity and its good responsiveness to rheology modifiers, it can be easily applied by spray, roller or curtain coating operation. The product can be advantageously applied in one single coat and does not require sanding, although it can still benefit from polishing. The cured coating exhibits good chemical and scratch resistance required for high-end wooden furniture topcoats, though it is also suitable for other substrates and applications.

UCECOAT® 2501 is a tin-free, VOC free, aliphatic polyurethane acrylate dispersion. It is a robust and versatile resin ideally suited for energy curable industrial coatings applied by spray, curtain or roller coating. UCECOAT 2501 is mainly intended to be used as blending partner with water-borne resins, both UV/EB reactive and WB acrylics.

UCECOAT® 7788 is a tin-free, VOC-free, aliphatic polyurethane acrylate dispersion in water. It is a robust and versatile resin ideally suited for UV/EB energy curable industrial coatings applied by spray, curtain or roll coating. UCECOAT® 7788 can be used as the sole formulation resin or in combination with other water-borne resins.

Stainban™ 185 is an aqueous tannin stain inhibitor additive for water based primers intended for wood protection. The unique mechanism of this product allows it to effectively block tannins in stains, clear coats, and pigmented coatings. It can be easily incorporated at any stage of the manufacturing process and is compatible with a wide range of surfactant and dispersants. Stainban™ 185 is effective at any PVC value of primers, however; it is more economical at higher PVC. It may reduce, or eliminate, the need for zinc oxide and stabilizing amines in primers. Paints made with StainbanTM 185 have good storage stability and improved humidity resistance. It is HAPS free and does not contribute to VOC. Typical use level ranges from 1 - 3% based upon total formula weight.

Stainban™ 186 is a zinc free, odorless, aqueous tannin stain inhibitor additive for water based primers. The unique mechanism of this product allows it to effectively block tannins in stains, and pigmented coatings. It can be easily incorporated at any stage of the paint manufacturing process and is compatible with a wide range of surfactant and dispersants. StainbanTM 186 is effective at any PVC value of primers, however, it is more economical at higher PVC. It may reduce or eliminate the need for zinc oxide in primer formulations. Paints made with StainbanTM 186 have good storage stability and improved humidity resistance. It is HAPS free and does not contribute to VOC. Typical use level ranges from 1 - 4% based upon total formula weight.

Waynflash™ 111 is a liquid flash rust inhibitor which contains sodium nitrite as part of its flash rust inhibition matrix. It is a highly effective inhibitor for the flash rusting on ferrous substrates during aqueous paint phase. It has also proven to be affective in preventing in can rusting. Typical used levels range from 0.25 - 1.0% max. based upon total formula weight. It is highly versatile and can be used in any water based systems. WaynflashTM 111 exhibits good paint stability and can be incorporated at any stage of paint manufacturing. It is both HAPS and APEO free.

Thetawet™ FS-8388 is an anionic surfactant and wetting agent used in home care applications such as bottle wash, degreasers, floor cleaners, and household cleaners. It is also used in industrial and institutional cleaning including bottle wash, degreasers, industrial cleaners, and precision cleaners. Additionally, it functions as a leveling agent and surfactant in industrial additives like wax emulsions.

Preventol® MP 400 D is a carbamate chemical mixture used in building and construction, fluids and lubricants, and industrial and assembly adhesives.

Crystal® Crown Castor Oil is a vegetable-based, non-comedogenic emollient used in color cosmetic applications such as lipstick. It is free of antioxidants and functions as a moisturizing agent, wetting agent, lubricant, and emollient in creams, lotions, leave-on products, and sticks.

LOTADER® 9318T is a random ethylene-vinyl acetate-maleic anhydride terpolymer (EVA- MAH). As an ethylene copolymer, LOTADER® 9318T is compatible with PE in all proportions, and with most ethylene copolymers. Vinyl acetate brings softness, flexibility, and polarity while maleic anhydride brings reactivity, leading to versatile adhesive properties to polar and non-polar substrates. As a result of high-pressure polymerization in tubular reactor, LOTADER® 9318T also exhibits high transparency (low haze). LOTADER® 9318T can be used to produce thermo-adhesive films for solid substrates like PA, PET and PU films, aluminium foils, fiber mats, foams. LOTADER® 9318T is also suitable as a tie layer between polyethylene and polyamide in blown film, cast film or in tubes co-extrusion. It can be used as a coupling agent in cables compounds formulations.
