EBECRYL® 3703 is an amine modified bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate that exhibits exceptionally fast cure via exposure to ultraviolet light (UV). Films of EBECRYL® 3703 cured by UV or electron beam (EB) demonstrate good flexibility, high gloss and excellent chemical resistance. The amine modification can also improve adhesion to plastics.

EBECRYL® 3503 is the modified diacrylate ester of a bisphenol A based epoxy resin diluted ~20% by weight with the reactive diluent propoxylated glycerol triacrylate (OTA-480)(1). It is designed primarily for use in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) curable formulations. EBECRYL® 3503 is light in color with high UV/EB reactivity, and exhibits good wetting of pigments, matting agents and substrates compared to unmodified epoxy acrylates. Cured films based on EBECRYL® 3503 will typically demonstrate high gloss and hardness, and good chemical resistance.

CYMEL® NF 2000A Resin is a unique trifunctional melamine-based crosslinker containing reactive carbamate functionality supplied in n-butanol. It can be used to crosslink hydroxy- and epoxy-containing polymers to give highly durable, acid-resistant films that exhibit a favorable balance of hardness and flexibility. An important feature of CYMEL® NF 2000A Resin is that it does not contain or emit formaldehyde on cure. It can be employed as the sole crosslinker in a coating or ink formulation, or it may be used at lower levels in combination with other crosslinkers, such as amino resins or isocyanates, in order to obtain a balance of properties. CYMEL® 1158 resin is a n-butylated, high imino melamine crosslinker which combines the excellent compatability of a conventional butylated melamine resin with the fast, low temperature cure response of CYMEL® 325 resin. Like other high imino melamine resins, CYMEL® 1158 has a high tendency to selfcondense resulting in films with high film hardness that can be adjusted based on loading. It’s hydrophobic nature improves susbstrate wetting, flow and leveling, and humidity and salt spray resistance making it suitable for a wide range of applications including automotive topcoats and general industral finishes
