BONDERITE® S-FN 309 ACHESON (known as EMRALON 309) is a concentrated dispersion of PTFE fluorocarbon resin in an isopropyl alcohol carrier. BONDERITE® S-FN 309 ACHESON is designed to provide a fast-drying, low-friction coating when diluted or compounded as a lubricant. It provides good adhesion to many substrates including: wood, metal, rubber, plastic and glass. Moving parts wear longer, work harder and need less maintenance when coated with this product. As a “friction modifier” additive, it is conducive to most aerosol or coating formulations and can be applied by virtually all types of application methods.

CYMEL® 202 Resin is a methylated/n-butylated, high imino melamine crosslinker supplied in n-butanol. Its hydrophobic nature combined with high reactivity, high solids content, and rather low formaldehyde release during the curing process makes CYMEL® 202 Resin suitable for a wide range of medium to high solids or waterborne baking applications, like can and container coating formulations, automotive coatings, and low cure systems to improve film appearance and resistance properties. EBECRYL 524 is used as the primary or modifying oligomer in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) curable formulations to increase adhesion to a variety of substrates including paper, plastics and metal. It is particularly useful in UV/EB laminating adhesives.
