Focus Ester PA 117 is a unique synthetic polymerized ester designed to boost performance and enhance finish in severe metalworking applications. Focus Ester PA 117 is oil-soluble, but can be used to make high performance soluble oil and semi-synthetic machining coolants as well as drawing and stamping fluids. Focus Ester PA 117 has a molecular weight that gives it a perfect structure to replace chlorinated paraffins. Hydrophobic moieties have been incorporated into the polymeric ester to improve its solubility properties in higher refined paraffinic oils. Focus Ester PA 117 is a branched-chain fatty acid, which offers the highest level of thermal and hydrolytic properties. Also, it is expected to be less susceptible to bacterial attack than conventional fatty esters. In addition to replacing chlorine, Focus Ester PA 117 can be used to replace or reduce treat levels of all boundary and EP additives, like phosphorous, sulfur, lard oil, blown oil and other fatty friction modifiers.

Focus Nilfoam 926 is a highly effective organo silicone based foam control additive. It is fully dispersible in water and is designed to be used in water-based systems such as metalworking coolants, waterborne coatings, inks and adhesives. Focus Nilfoam 926 provides rapid defoaming and has good compatibility with many different aqueous- based systems.

Focus Nilfoam 220 is a highly active defoamer based on organo-silicone. It has exceptional dispersibility properties in metalworking fluid concentrates.

Focus RP 35 is a complex multifunctional ester containing high boron. It has excellent lubricating properties and also functions as a co-emulsifier and lubricity additive in both aqueous and oil-based systems. Due to the nature of molecule and high boron content, it can be used to formulate added bio-stability in soluble oils and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids.

Focus Nilfoam 180 is an economical general purpose defoamer. It is completely silicone-free. Although Focus Nilfoam 180 is a mineral oil based product, it is dispersible in water.

Focus PAG A125 is a polyalkylene glycol base stock designed as lubricity additive for use in water-reducible synthetic metalworking fluids. Focus PAG A125 exhibits inverse water solubility properties and does not contain chlorine, sulfur or phosphorous.

Focus PAS 15 are light colored, low odor, high molecular weight sulfurized additives. They are extreme pressure and lubricity additives, imparting outstanding metal removal while giving excellent lubrication properties to the finished fluid. They are inactive to copper at 100°C. They contain no chlorine or phosphorous.

Focus RP 10 is a water-soluble, boron-containing corrosion inhibitor. Focus RP 10 is designed for use as a low foam corrosion inhibitor for aqueous systems. It provides high reserve alkalinity to formulate metalworking fluids and cleaners.

Focus Ester OE 1505 is specially designed to use in water-dilutable metalworking coolants. Focus Ester OE 1505 will provide lubrication and corrosion protection with outstanding wetting characteristics. Using Focus Ester OE 1505 will reduce or eliminate the amount of additives needed in metalworking coolants, like chlorine, fatty acids and amides. Focus Ester OE 1505 does not contain any phosphorus, chlorine or sulfur and is ashless.

Focus Ester PA 2500 is a branched chain fatty acid, which offers the highest level of thermal and hydrolytic properties. Also, it is expected to be less susceptible to bacterial attack than conventional fatty esters. In addition to replacing chlorine, Focus Ester PA 2500 can be used to replace or reduce treat levels of all other EP additives, like phosphorous, inactive sulfur, active sulfur, lard oil, blow oil and other fatty friction modifiers. The product’s high viscosity and viscosity index provides high film strength making it an ideal additive for metal forming applications.

Focus Base 422 is a premium oil-soluble emulsifier package. It can be used to emulsify hydro-treated base oils like Group I and Group II oils. It is sodium sulfonate-free with a unique surfactant system. This base provides hard water- stable emulsions with excellent corrosion protection.

Focus DISPerse 900M is a highly branched succinic anhydride that can be used in metalworking formulations as a primary emulsifier for emulsifiable (soluble) oils and semi-synthetics after being neutralized.

Focus HO Vegetable Oil is a biodegradable oil from the vegetable oils chemical family.

Focus ChloroPar W-50AO is a chlorinated very long chain alkane (C24-28). This product can function as an extreme pressure additive, flame retardant, and plasticizer. A small amount of stabilizer has been added to maintain product quality during transport and storage.
