Additin® RC 5250 is a neutralizable EP-additive for water miscible metal working fluids

BONDERITE® L-FG 1105 is a non-graphited, water-based die lubricant formulated to provide effective lubrication and release when hot forging on presses, upsetters and hammers. It is capable of wetting dies at temperatures as high as 371°C (700°F), and provides good metal flow.

SURFONIC® LF-17 is an ethoxylated and propoxylated linear primary 12- 14 carbon number alcohol. The low-foaming and good surface active properties of it suggests its use in any application where foam control is necessary.

D.E.H.® 613 is a Mannich base curing agent suitable curing above 0°C. It can be used with unmodified epoxy resins when good water and chemical resistance are required. It can also be used as an accelerator of other amines and polyamides.

Calcinate® C-400CLR is a 400 TBN overbased calcium sulfonate. This highly overbased calcium sulfonate is engineered to have the alkaline component as all calcium carbonate. This product is used as a component in metal working fluids where the unique lubricity and extreme pressure properties of calcium carbonate are utilized. The calcium to sulfonate ratio is optimized for good oil solubility and compatibility with other formulating components. Calcinate® C-400CLR is compatible with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

TAMOL® 165A is a high-performance dispersant for latex gloss through flat paint. It is an ammonium salt of a hydrophobic copolymer dispersant which offers enhanced properties to latex paints resulting from improved water resistance properties, Wet Adhesion, Early Blister Resistance, Water Spot Resistance, Corrosion Resistance.

SURFONIC® L24-12 is the 12-mole ethoxylate of linear, primary 12-14 carbon number alcohol. It is a water-soluble, nonionic surface active agent which is compatible with other nonionic surfactants and with most anionic and cationic surfactants. The product is a white waxy solid at room temperature.

Focus RP 25C is a low foaming water soluble corrosion inhibitor. It is based on organic acids and is neutralized with amines. Designed for use in water based synthetic metalworking fluids and cleaners, Focus RP 25C is compatible with most synthetic water based metalworking additives, such as polyalkylene glycols.

Focus InhibitR 1000 is a high performance, water-soluble corrosion inhibitor for cast iron and steel alloys. It is formulated using a unique mixture of organic acid salts. Focus InhibitR 1000 is very low foaming and has excellent hard water stability. This product does not contain any nitrates/nitrites, boron, or secondary amines.

CAPMUL® S12L is the partially neutralized condensation product of lauric acid and lactic acid. It is used both in hair care and skin care, providing an additional skin conditioning effect. CAPMUL® S12L is an environmentally friendly replacement for alkanolamides providing rheology control as well as giving aesthetically pleasing dense, creamy foam. Due to the high foaming character of CAPMUL® S12L, it may be employed as a primary surfactant in sulfate-free formulations or used as a secondary surfactant to add additional benefits. CAPMUL® S12L is an excellent emulsifier in creams and lotions, providing an alpha-hydroxy acid benefit at lower pH.
