Addonyl® 8108 a plastic of high molecular weight, is produced through an anionic polymerization of caprolactam. During the pressure less casting process the monomeric caprolactam melt is poured into the mold and directly polymerized by a specific chemical reaction and then forms a semi-finished product or molding.

Addonyl® Kat NL is a premium cast Nylon 6 plastic, renowned for its high molecular weight and superior performance. Manufactured through an advanced anionic polymerization of caprolactam, this material is created via a pressureless casting process where molten monomeric caprolactam is poured into molds and directly polymerized. The result is a high-quality semi-finished product or molding with excellent mechanical properties and durability, ideal for demanding industrial applications.

Addonyl® 8073 a plastic of high molecular weight, is produced through an anionic polymerization of caprolactam. Addonyl® 8073 is used in combination with the catalyst Addonyl® Kat NL and the activator Addonyl® 8120 during the production of Cast Nylon (PA-6 G).
