D.E.R.® 6155 Solid Epoxy Resin is a medium/high molecular weight solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A. D.E.R.® 6155 Solid Epoxy Resin is a high molecular weight solid epoxy resin designed primarily for use in powder coating formulations which require greater flexibility. D.E.R.® 6155 Solid Epoxy Resin can be used in combination with most curing agents for epoxy powder coatings systems with good results. To achieve maximum flexibility, curing with a linear phenolic hardener such as the D.E.H.® 80 Hardeners is recommended. D.E.R.® 6155 Solid Epoxy Resin can also be used in combination with other epoxy resins to obtaining specific processing or performance properties.

D.E.R.® 6224 is a low molecular weight solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A. D.E.R.® 6224 Epoxy Resin is designed for decorative powder coating applications requiring excellent flow and gloss. The low melt viscosity and fast reactivity of D.E.R. 6224 Resin make this resin particularly suitable for the formulation of hybrid powder coatings. Improved flow and surface finish can be obtained when using D.E.R.® 6224 Solid Epoxy Resin in combination with polyester resins using polyester to epoxy ratios from 50/50 up to 80/20 parts by weight. The resin can also be used alone with conventional curing agents for pure epoxy powder coatings.

D.E.R.® 6330-A10 Solid Epoxy Resin is a low molecular weight solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A containing 10 wt% of a polyacrylate flow modifier. Unlike other resins used in high performance applications, D.E.R.® 6508 Resin achieves an excellent balance of properties using commonly available, commercial crosslinkers and normal processing conditions. In addition, D.E.R.® 6508 Solid Epoxy Resin is compatible with bisphenol A and novolac- modified epoxy resins, allowing the formulation of systems having an optimized balance of mechanical and thermal properties while still providing good corrosion resistance to a wide range of chemicals.
