D.E.R.® 6225

D.E.R.® 6225 is a modified, low molecular weight, solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A. D.E.R. 6225 Resin is a modified, low molecular weight, solid epoxy resin which has been developed mainly for use in powder coatings. It has been designed for applications where excellent flow out and high gloss are required such as automotive, appliance or general metal decorative coatings. D.E.R.® 6225 is also suitable for use in thin film applications.

Storage Conditions

It is recommended that this low molecular weight solid epoxy resins be stored in a cool and dry place in its original closed packaging in order to avoid sintering of the material. Flakes may fuse if subjected to excess heat or compression. Stacking bags of D.E.R. Low Molecular Weight Solid Epoxy Resin should be avoided whenever possible.
