Additin® RC 2415 is a chemical blend used in metalworking fluids, including drawing oils, honing oils, lapping oil, rolling oils, and other metalworking fluids. It is mineral oil-free and offers extreme pressure performance with a low odor. The product functions as an extreme pressure additive.

  • Additin® RC 2415 is a light-colored, near odorless sulfur carrier with a medium active sulfur content of approx. 5 % by weight.
  • Additin® RC 2415 enables metalworking fluids to meet high EP requirements.
  • In order to obtain long tool live and high workpiece quality a combination of Additin® RC 2415 with antiwear additives such as Additin RC 3180 or RC 3740 is useful.
