Calcinate® C-300CS is a 300 TBN oil soluble crystalline overbased calcium sulfonate. It is recommended for use in soluble oils, rust protective oils and semi-synthetic fluids as a chlorine replacement to impart enhanced extreme pressure characteristics of a crystalline overbased calcium sulfonates without the sediment formation. This product is used as a component in metal working fluids where the unique lubricity and extreme pressure properties of crystalline calcium carbonate are utilized. Calcinate® C300CS is compatible with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

Durad® 150B is a t-butylphenyl phosphate ester. Triaryl phosphates are widely known as effective, ashless antiwear and mild extreme pressure additives for lubricants and functional fluids. The primary function of triaryl phosphates is to reduce friction and wear in applications where high loads cause boundary lubrication conditions. The Durad® product line offers the broadest range of physical and performance properties tailored for specific applications. The t-butylphenyl phosphates are one of several families of products in the lubricant additives product range. Other additives families include trialkyl phosphates, isopropylphenyl phosphates and cresol- and xylenol phosphates TYPICAL PROPERTIES Durad® t-butylphenyl phosphates are manufactured to provide a range of physical property characteristics as below. Focus RP 12 is a water-soluble corrosion inhibitor designed for use in synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids and water-based cleaners. It is a boramide with a unique combination of amines, giving it a relatively high pH and reserve alkalinity. Focus RP 12 does not contain diethanolamine.

Additin® M 49.003 is an organic wax-based corrosion inhibitor, film former, lubricity additive, and wetting agent used in metalworking fluids, including cutting oils, drawing oils, rolling oils, and stamping oils. It provides excellent lubricity, corrosion protection, good film formation, wetting properties, and has a low odor.

Preventol® P 91 MV is a preservative used in metalworking fluids. It functions as a preservative in case ingredients, cleaning ingredients, fluids and lubricants, and industrial additives.

MARLOX® RT 42 is one of the many low foaming EO/PO non-ionic surfactants produced by Sasol Chemicals in Germany. These alcohol alkoxylates are based on Sasol’s wide range of linear and semi linear fatty alcohols. They are produced by alkoxylation of the fatty alcohols to varying degrees using ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. MARLOX RT 42 is a clear to slightly turbid liquid at room temperature and essentially 100% active.

POLYGLYKOL B 11/150 K is a lubricating agent used in fluids and lubricants, particularly in metal processing and metalworking fluids applications.

Focus ChloroPar W-40AO is a chlorinated very long chain alkane (C24-28). This product can function as an extreme pressure additive, flame retardant, and plasticizer. A small amount of stabilizer has been added to maintain product quality during transport and storage.

BONDERITE® L-AD M 200 (known as MOLYDAG 200) is an extremely stable suspension of uniform, microscopic molybdenum disulfide particles in a highly refined petroleum oil concentrate. As an additive, BONDERITE® L-AD M 200 ACHESON (known as MOLYDAG 200) substantially improves the extreme pressure, anti-wear and anti-friction capabilities of oils and greases and provides reliable lubrication in those demanding applications that approach boundary lubrication conditions.

Additin® RC 2315 is an extreme pressure additive used in cutting oils, forming fluids, greases, and metalworking fluids. It is characterized by its extreme pressure performance, low pour point, and low viscosity.

Additin® RC 8210 is a chemical blend used as an extreme pressure additive and metal deactivator in gear oils, greases, hydraulic oils, metalworking fluids, and turbine & compressor fluids. It is odor-free, providing excellent performance in compressor oils, gear oils, greases, hydraulic fluids, and turbine oils.

Indopol® H-1900 functions as an emollient, solubilizer, dispersant, viscosity modifier, and stabilizer in cosmetic ingredients.

Indopol® L-14 is a polybutene from the polyalkene chemical family, functioning as an extender, tackifier, and plasticizer in plastics and elastomers.

Additin® RC 8000 is a sulfur linked polymer, inactive Extreme Pressure Additive, light-colored and with low odor.
