Calcinate® C-400CLR is a 400 TBN overbased calcium sulfonate. This highly overbased calcium sulfonate is engineered to have the alkaline component as all calcium carbonate. The calcium to sulfonate ratio is optimized for good oil solubility and compatibility with other formulating components. Additin® RC 2516 is a deactivated, medium active, light colored, low odor, high viscosity sulfur carrier with good solubility even in nonpolar base oils. Due to its excellent polarity and lubricity in combination with a controlled sulfur activity, it is particularly suited for manufacturing metalworking fluids for medium to heavy duty stamping, fine blanking and metal forming processes. Calcinate® C-400W is a 400 TBN modified overbased calcium sulfonate containing a high level of crystalline "calcite" calcium carbonate.
