- Metalworking fluids for heavy duty operations Additin® RC 2526 is a light-coloured, high performance sulphur carrier with very low odor that is used to formulate metalworking oils and EP emulsions for heavy duty cutting and forming operations.
- It can be used in a much wider range of applications than chlorinated paraffines and sulphur carriers with a similar sulphur content.
- It is suitable for forming processes involving small relative movements (e.g. deep drawing operations) as well as for high-speed cutting processes such as deep hole drilling, milling and broaching.
- In the presence of yellow metals the additional use of a suitable inhibitor such as Additin® RC 8210 is required.
