By virtue of its specially selected alkyl groups AdditinⓇ RC 3058 is a relatively hydrolysis-resistant antiwear additive and antioxidant. For this reason AdditinⓇ RC 3058 in combination with anticorrosion additives such as AdditinⓇ RC 4220 is suited for formulating hydraulic fluids and industrial gear oils.
