Due to its special manufacturing process Additin® RC 3180 exhibits outstanding antiwear and antioxidant properties as well as good thermal stability. It performs over a wide temperature range. For this reason, Additin® RC 3180 is ideally suited for formulating a wide variety of thermally and oxidatively stable lubricants. By virtue of its chemical structure Additin® RC 3180 is extremely stable against hydrolysis. Additin® RC 3180 is free of mineral oil. In combination with appropriate emulsifiers ist is ideally suited for use in micro-emulsions.
