AP 5946

Epoxy coating systems cured with AP 5946 present the following features.

• Low viscosity
• Low color, high gloss
• Suitable for ambient temperature cure.
• Rapid development of water spotting resistance
• Excellent flow and leveling.
• Resistance to blush

• It is used in combination with liquid Epoxy resins or solids epoxy resin solution or epoxy resin modified by means of reactive as well as non-reactive diluents.
• Suitable for solventfree and high solids coatings for general purpose and decorative coatings, and self-leveling and floorings.

• Suitable for ambient temperature cure.
• Low viscosity and High reactivity.
• High acid and solvent resistance
• Excellent early water-spot resistance
• Resistant to blush

• The hardener will absorb moisture and carbon dioxide when left in open containers.
• This may result in increased viscosity and sometimes crystallization.
• Use personal protective equipments and follow industrial hygienic procedures. Recommended to use safety glasses, protective clothing, gloves, & masks suitable for chemical and solvents & their vapor.

AP 5946 should be stored in a dry place, preferably in the sealed original container at temperatures 15 to 30°C. The Product should not be stored exposed to direct sunlight.
Shelf life: (15 to 30°C) 12 Month.
Hazardous decomposition products: (When in fire) Carbon monoxide, Carbon dioxide, Nitrogen Oxides and other toxic Gases & Vapors.
