Product Benefits
  • D.E.H.® 630 is a patent-pending curing agent, which has been designed as an alternative to traditional Mannich base curing agents to offer high performance and strong health and safety profile.
  • Just like traditional Mannich bases, D.E.H.® 630 develops a Shore D of 40 (walk-over) rapidly, both at low temperatures and normal temperatures.
  • It therefore contributes to solving some of the recurring construction industry challenges, i.e. reduce time spent on site, reduce buidling down-time and expand construction season. In addition, in comparison to traditional mannich bases,
  • D.E.H.® 630 allows developing formulations featuring improved chemical resistance, in particular against solvents.
  • It is hence a preferred choice for durable flooring formulations meant to be applied in stringent environnments such as warehouses, production facilities etc.
  • Ageing tests also demonstrated that castings prepared with D.E.H.® 630 did not yellow as much over time as castings prepared with traditional mannich bases curing agents.
  • This new curing agent thus allows improving flooring aesthetics.
  • Finally, because it does not contain any alkyl phenol (including para tertiary butyl phenol), D.E.H.® 630 does not bear an R62 label (risk of impaired fertility).
  • It therefore allows flooring formulators to take full advantage of D.E.H.® 630 performances without affecting their flooring formulations labeling.
