- Applications
- Recommended Use Level
HFGEL 120-N is typically used at levels of 0.2% - 2.0% by weight of the system, depending upon the degree of thickening or other properties desired.
Properties
- Physical Form
- Incorporation Information
- HFGEL-120-N is readily dispersible in the pigment grind under high shear in aliphatic or aromatic systems. It does not require heat for activation or a chemical activator to reach the proper level of activation.
- When added to a blend of solvents it is recommended to select a low to medium polarity one for the dispersion. If post adding it is suggested to do so under high speed dispersion, otherwise HFGEL 120-N should be allowed to mix for a minimum of 1 hour.
