Preventol® PM 310

Preventol® PM 310 is a biocide and fungicide used in air washer systems, pulp and paper mills, and water systems. It is compatible with high-density polyethylene (HDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), polyethylenes (PE), polypropylenes (PP), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It is applied in metalworking fluids and functions as a biocide in case ingredients, cleaning ingredients, fluids and lubricants, and industrial additives.

  • For the control of bacteria and fungi in Industrial processes and water systems, air washing systems, pulp and paper mill systems, building materials, adhesives, tackifiers and sealants, paints, coating and stains, pigments, dyes and filler suspension, consumer, household, and institutional products, inks and fountain solutions, concrete admixtures, metalworking fluids, and water based agricultural pesticides concentrates.

Safety Information
  • Preventol® PM 310 is supplied as a liquid solution.
  • Contact of the product with the skin and the inhalation should be avoided.
  • The precautions generally recommended for handling chemicals should be observed, e.g. wearing of protective clothing, safety goggles, protective gloves and dust mask.
  • If the product comes into contact with the skin, the affected area should be washed immediately with soap and plenty of water; splashes in the eyes should be rinsed out immediately with plenty of water.
  • If irritation persists, medical attention should be obtained. Soiled clothing should be changed at once.
