- WANNATE® HMP-100 is raw material for polyurethanes 2K elastomer and binder systems.
- Polyurethane resins based on WANNATE® HMP-100 have good mechanical strength, light-stable, and weather-resistant.
- A unique feature of WANNATE® HMP-100 is its low viscosity for easy production of complex parts with good surface definition.
- Products based on WANNATE® HMP-100 can be used in potting resins, tooling resins, encapsulation compounds, decorative products, and fiber reinforced composites.

Storage & Handling
- Storage and Shelf Life Conditions
- WANNATE® HMP-100 is sensitive to moisture and therefore should be stored in its sealed original containers. Water or moisture in the air reacts with the product and generates pressure.
- If partially filled containers are stored, it is advisable to blanket the liquid surface with dry nitrogen before sealing.
- At approx. 25 °C, crystals will generate in WANNATE® HMP-100 and setting on the bottom.
- The product should therefore be heated to 40 ~ 50 °C and homogenized before use.
- This process also allows the use of product which has already crystallized.
- WANNATE® HMP-100 is sensitive to moisture and must be stored in tightly sealed container. It can be stored for at least 6 months at temperatures between 0 and 30 °C
