DURATRACK™ R-100 Emulsion is a specially designed all-acrylic resin for fast drying and high-performance traffic markings. The combination with DURATRACK™ AEH- 100 Acrylic-Epoxy Hybrid as a two-component waterborne coating system demonstrates to have excellent durability, aggregates retention, wear resistance and adhesion to road surfaces. In addition, it brings such benefits as long pot-life, ease of handling and application. The installation of DURATRACK™ coating system with equipment normally for typical waterborne traffic paint significantly reduces the total cost compared to other two-component coating systems. DURATRACK™ coating system is ideal for building high quality and large scale of green bike lane networks.

ExCal® CW 325 is processed from a high purity ore to exacting specifications at our Houston, TX plant. ExCal® CW 325 is processed for use in plastics, rubber, coatings, adhesives, sealants, mastics, and other specialty applications where color, binder demand, and economics are of importance.

H.B. Fuller® PD-2158 is a self crosslinking vinyl latex recommended as a binder for a variety of non-woven fibers.

EBECRYL® 8405 is an aliphatic urethane tetraacrylate diluted 20% by weight with the reactive diluent 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA)(1). Films of EBECRYL 8405 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) combine abrasion resistance, flexibility, and adhesion with excellent exterior durability and resistance to yellowing.

RHOPLEX® 2601 is a versatile binder designed for interior and exterior coatings and can be formulated across a broad PVC range. For exterior durability, higher coalescent levels may be needed to ensure good film formation in higher PVC paints. While RHOPLEX® 2601 is a harder latex binder, it should be noted that it is possible to develop low VOC paints with the use of low VOC coalescents (i.e. DOWANOL™ LoV 485 Glycol Ether, Optifilm 400, etc.).

RHOPLEX® CL-106 acrylic emulsion has been designed for use in factory-applied clear topcoats for wood requiring the highest levels of appearance and surface hardness characteristics. Lacquers based on RHOPLEX® CL-106 acrylic emulsion are translucent in the can and upon application turn clear very rapidly while drying. RHOPLEX® CL-106 acrylic emulsion was developed for use in topcoat finishes and as such does not provide optimum appearance qualities if used as a sealer. In multi-coat systems, the finest overall appearance is obtained when RHOPLEX® CL-106 acrylic emulsion is used over specialized sealer formulations. It is recommended that RHOPLEX® CL-106 acrylic emulsion be used over sealers formulated from RHOPLEX® CL-105 emulsion. In this manner, RHOPLEX® CL-105 emulsion contributes excellent wood fiber wetting, appearance characteristics, and early sandability to the system while RHOPLEX® CL-106 emulsion provides a topcoat with hardness, mar resistance, and clarity. The volatile organic content (VOC) of typically formulated clear topcoat lacquers is less than 2.3 lb/gal and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) are 0.3 lb HAPs/lb solids.

REAFREE® 8304-T is a binder and resin used in paints and coatings, specifically for varnish applications.

UCECOAT® 7710 is a solvent free, energy curable polyurethane dispersion specifically developed for high gloss applications on wood and plastics. It exhibits high hardness and scratch resistance. UCECOAT® 7710 is not physically drying before UV curing.

D.E.N.® 424 is used in protective coatings and functions as a binder, resin, and matrix material in CASE ingredients and composite materials.

EBECRYL® 8702 is an aliphatic urethane hexaacrylate that offers a multitude of performance properties allowing the formulator the flexibility to meet requirements. Films using EBECRYL® 8702 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit a combination of hardness, abrasion and impact resistance coupled with good exterior durability.

EBECRYL® 8809 is a difunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate that does not contain any intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals*, hydroquinone (HQ) or methyl ether of hydroquinone (MEHQ). (Please note that quinones are present in many raw materials, so the overall quinone content is reduced, but not zero in EBECRYL 8809.) Films of EBECRYL 8809 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit excellent exterior durability, toughness, and resistance to yellowing. EBECRYL LEO 10501 is present at 5% in this product.

EBECRYL® 286 is an aliphatic urethane diacrylate oligomer diluted 25% with tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) monomer. Films of EBECRYL® 286 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit excellent exterior durability, toughness, and flexibility, as well as the non-yellowing properties typical of an aliphatic urethane.

BONDINE® TX8030 is a random ethylene-ethyl acrylate-maleic anhydride terpolymer.

D.E.R.® 692 Solid Epoxy Resin is a low molecular weight solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A.

D.E.R.® 3212 liquid epoxy resin is a reactive product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol a modified with and aromatic mono-functional reactive diluent.
