Zochem Grade 102T is a brilliant white powder manufactured by the French (Indirect) Process. Grade 102 offers high assay, very low impurities, and fine particle size with the highest French Process m2/g surface area (“SA”) available. Grade 102 replaces grades KADOX 911. Zochem Grade 102T is also available with processing aid/surface treatment.

ACRYSOL™ RM-12WE Rheology Modifier is a nonionic rheology modifier designed to offer high low-shear viscosity with an extremely shear thinning rheology and excellent thickening efficiency. It offers a rheology profile similar to ACRYSOL™ RM-12WE Rheology Modifier but is prepared without intentionally adding tin compounds to the production process.

Bermocoll® EBS 481 FQ is a non-ionic, water soluble cellulose ether with enhanced enzyme resistance. It improves the consistency, the stability, and the water retention of water based products.

ZHENGDA® ZD-123 is characterized by repeating oxypropylene units in the backbone. ZHENGDA® ZD-123 Amine-terminated Polyether is a difunctional, primary amine with an average molecular weight of about 230. The primary amine groups are located on secondary carbon atoms at the end of the aliphatic polyether chain.

DPGDA is a difunctional reactive diluent that polymerizes when exposed to sources of free radicals. DPGDA is particularly useful in coatings and inks where improved flexibility and adhesion are desired in combination with good moisture resistance.

AP 5635 is a low viscosity, modified Cycloaliphatic amine adduct hardener for epoxy resin based lacquers and coatings.

B-72 N-Propyl Acetate Solution-50% is a blend of n-propyl acetate, an acetate compound used as a binder and resin in various applications. It functions primarily as a binder in printing inks and is also used as an intermediate in industrial processes. This solution is particularly suited for use in printing ink formulations.

HIKOTACK® P-140 is pale yellow thermoplastic resin obtained from polymerizing unsaturated aromatic olefins and diolefins derived from the process of thermal cracking of naphtha. The major usages are vehicles for printing ink. This grade especially shows superior compatibility with rosin modified phenolic resin, so it can be used with phenolic resin in off-set ink to decrease the set time and increase the gloss. This grade also can be used as binder for color asphlat and tackifier for EVA based hot melt adhesive (HMA).

Caspol™ 5001 is a 100% solids castor oil based reactive diluent with a linear chain backbone having low viscosity, good compatibility and wetting. This polyol is the lowest molecular weight diol of the Caspol series. Caspol™ 5001 has a very low viscosity and produces higher strength, elongation and flexibility than DBTM Oil.

Dynasylan® HYDROSIL 2627 is an aqueous oligomeric aminoalkyl-functional silane hydrolysate. It is a colorless to slightly yellowish aqueous solution with an amine-like odour, miscible with alcohols or water.

TEGO® Addbond LTK improves adhesion and flexibility of solvent borne coatings on steel and galvanized steel.

Licowax® PED 192 flakes is a oxidized polyethylene wax with high viscosity.

PURMOL™ 3ST is a potassium (K) type A zeolite with a pore size of approximately 3 Angstroms (0.32 nm). Purmol 3ST is recommended for use with high quality coatings. In general, we recommend the addition of 2.5% - 5% Purmol powder to the polyol component. This must be stirred thoroughly for a minimum of two hours to allow the Purmol to adsorb all the water before addition of the isocyanate.

RHOPLEX® P-308 is an excellent choice when formulating paper coatings for high quality printing and packaging that require excellent gluing properties. Paper and paperboard coatings formulated with RHOPLEX P-308 can reduce print mottle in the Lithographic printing process. It was designed to have excellent compatibility with calcium ions for today’s high calcium carbonate pigment systems and the styrene-acrylic chemistry makes this a hydrophobic binder.
