Focus ChloroPar P-53 is a chlorinated paraffin based on a medium-chain (C14-16) paraffin. This product can function as an extreme pressure additive, flame retardant, and plasticizer. A small amount of stabilizer has been added to maintain product quality during transport and storage.

It is compatible with most UV cationic cure systems and is especially useful for the rapid polymerization of thin clear coatings on metal, plastic, and paper substrates. Coatings cured using UVACURE® 1600 generally exhibit excellent adhesion, particularly on metal substrates.
