Polycin® 53 is a 100% solids, multifunctional castor oil-based derivative designed for use as a polyol or reactive diluent in polyurethane systems. It will impart flexibility and improved pigment wetting into many polyurethane systems. Polycin® 53, as a reactive diluent, will allow for VOC reduction while imparting the beneficial properties of castor oil derivatives, such as improved flow and leveling.

Castorwax® MP-80 is a white to off-white wax like compound obtained by the controlled partial hydrogenation of pure castor oil. The principle constituent is glycerol tri-(12-hydroxystearate), also known as opalwax. Castorwax® MP-80 is a soft, lower melting point wax that is insoluble in most organic solvents but is highly compatible with most resins and waxes.

CIMTALC® 10 is produced from high purity ore, which provide low iron content, low surface area and excellent color in dry form as well as when incorporated with resins. CIMTALC® 10 is primarily used in performance polypropylene, where improved tensile strength, flexural modulus, heat distortion temperature, increased stiffness, reduced shrinkage, and lower compounding costs are required. CIMTALC® 10 is platy, hydrophobic, non-abrasive and chemically inert.

CALCIUM STEARATE RSN VEG (5885) is in low to medium bulk density, relatively fine white powder.

ZINC STEARATE GP SF 5895 is a low bulk density, very fine white powder.

CARPOL® GP-6015-60 is a glycerine initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 6000. This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 15% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., as this polyol has low total unsaturation levels and an anti-oxidant package taylored for this type of market.

CARPOL® GSP-355 is a glycerin/sucrose-initiated polyether polyol. The high functionality of the initiators yields a resultant polyol with a nominal functionality of 4.5 and a typical hydroxyl number of 355. Due to this polyol’s high functional nature, it is typically used in rigid foam and its applications. Blending this polyol with other polyether polyols allows for foam systems with high to low degrees of crosslinking. In addition, CARPOL® GSP-355 is a neutral material, which presents the formulator with complete catalytic control over a system.

Dynasylan® 1189 is a bifunctional silane possessing a reactive secondary amine and hydrolyzable methoxysilyl groups. The dual nature of its reactivity allows Dynasylan® 1189 to bind chemically to both inorganic materials (e.g. glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (e.g. thermosets, thermoplastics and elastomers) thus functioning as an adhesion promoter or as a surface modifier and can be used for the chemical modification of substances. Dynasylan® 1189 is a colorless to slight yellowish liquid with a light amine­like odor which is, for example, soluble in alcohols, and aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons.

ZINC STEARATE GPSF-VEG CODE 5896 is a low bulk density, very fine white powder.

XIBOND® 140 is a reactive additive to improve the blend morphology of polymer blends. This additive is a random copolymer of styrene and maleic anhydride.

Dynasylan® TRIAMO is an organofunctional silane possessing three reactive amino groups and a hydrolyzable trimethoxysilyl group. The dual nature of its reactivity allows Dynasylan® TRIAMO to bind chemically to both inorganic materials (e.g. glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (e.g. thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers) thus functioning as an adhesion promoter and surface modifier. Dynasylan® TRIAMO is a clear, light to dark yellow liquid with a slight amine­like odor. It is soluble in alcohols, ketones, esters and aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents.

CIMBAR W4 is used as a pigment in adhesives, sealants, paints, and coatings.

ALNOVOL® PN 760/PAST is a novolac phenolic resin. This product is primarily used as an adhesion promoter, particularly in plastics and elastomers. It is suitable for use in applications like textile cord, where strong adhesion properties are required. The resin enhances the bonding between rubber and other materials, making it a valuable component in tire and cord manufacturing.
