Focus DISPerse 900M is a highly branched succinic anhydride that can be used in metalworking formulations as a primary emulsifier for emulsifiable (soluble) oils and semi-synthetics after being neutralized.

Surfactol® 365 is an ideal low foaming emulsifier for oil/water emulsions. It provides a means of using the basic properties of castor oil lubricity, penetration, pigment wetting, compatibility in a water-based system.

Hybase® C500 is a 500 TBN oil soluble overbased calcium sulfonate. It provides the highest TBN of calcium carbonate available in a liquid, oil based format. Hybase® C500 is a typically used as a detergent and rust inhibitor in crankcase lubricants. It is designed as a both a stand alone detergent as well as in conjunction with other detergent types, such as calcium phenate.

Hybase® GF-400 is a 400 TBN oil soluble overbased calcium sulfonate. It is designed to produce a high quality overbased calcium sulfonate grease. If properly formulated and processed, the grease will have a high dropping point, excellent water resistance, extreme pressure performance, antiwear performance, and excellent shear stability.

Additin® RC 3045 is a chemical blend used as an anti-wear agent and antioxidant in gear oils, greases, hydraulic oils, metalworking fluids, and motor oils. It is compatible with industrial oils and fluids and provides enhanced wear protection and oxidation resistance.

Focus InhibitR AL is a multifunctional phosphate designed for use in water-reducible metalworking fluids. This additive provides excellent corrosion inhibition properties when machining aluminum alloys. It can also deliver outstanding EP properties to improve a fluid’s lubrication performance.

Durad® 220 is a triaryl phosphates are widely known as effective, ashless antiwear and mild extreme pressure additives for lubricants and functional fluids. The primary function of triaryl phosphates is to reduce friction and wear in applications where high loads cause boundary lubrication conditions. The Durad product line offers the broadest range of physical and performance properties tailored for specific applications. Isopropylphenyl phosphates are one of several families of products in the lubricant additives product range. Other additives families include trialkyl phosphates, t-butylphenyl phosphates and cresol and xylenol phosphates.

Additin® RC 3740 is an organophosphate-based anti-wear agent and extreme pressure additive used in metalworking fluids. It is applied at a dosage of 0.2-1.5% and is suitable for broaching oil, deep hole drilling oil, grinding fluids, honing oils, and other metalworking fluids. The product offers an ashless additive feature, promotes good surface finish, and exhibits low reactivity.

CARPOL® NIONIC™ L-61 Surfactant is a nonionic surfactant with a chemical structure designed to make it act as a defoamer in many applications. Even at very low concentrations, CARPOL® NIONIC™ L-61 can be used to reduce the superficial tension of liquids, including high viscosity liquids. Defoaming performance is a function of cloud point and end use temperature and CARPOL® NIONIC™ L-61 is our lowest foaming surfactant. These materials are water soluble at low temperatures and will flocculate when warmed above their cloud point.

Additin® RC 5650 A is a chemical mixture used as an additive package in metalworking fluids. It is suitable for drilling and grinding applications and is compatible with cast iron, ferrous metals, metal, and stainless steel. The product provides corrosion resistance and hard water stability, making it ideal for use in various metalworking fluids.

MARLOX® FK 69 is used as a cleaning agent and textile auxiliary in base chemicals. It functions as a defoamer and intermediate.

Focus RP 25C is a low foaming water soluble corrosion inhibitor. It is based on organic acids and is neutralized with amines. Designed for use in water based synthetic metalworking fluids and cleaners, Focus RP 25C is compatible with most synthetic water based metalworking additives, such as polyalkylene glycols.

Extra Pale Castor Oil is used as an intermediate in base chemicals for lubricants.

LUBRICIN® N-1 is a highly refined methyl ricinoleate for lubricating oils, motor fuels, upper cylinder lubricants, cutting oils and gear oils. It functions to reduce rusting, corrosion and wear of metal parts and exhibits detergent action on tar, varnish and carbon deposits.
