LOTADER® 9305T is a random ethylene-vinyl acetate-maleic anhydride terpolymer (EVA- MAH). As an ethylene copolymer, LOTADER® 9305T is compatible with PE in all proportions, and with most ethylene copolymers. Vinyl acetate brings softness, flexibility, and polarity while maleic anhydride brings reactivity, leading to versatile adhesive properties to polar and non-polar substrates. LOTADER® 9305T is compatible with most tackifying resins and waxes and can be used in hot melt adhesives formulations. LOTADER® 9305T is also suitable to produce thermo- adhesive films for solid substrates like PA, PET and PU films, aluminum, foils.

LOTADER® 9304T is a random ethylene-vinyl acetate-maleic anhydride terpolymer (EVA-MAH). As an ethylene copolymer, LOTADER® 9304T is compatible with PE in all proportions and with most ethylene copolymers. Vinyl acetate brings softness, flexibility, and polarity while maleic anhydride brings reactivity, leading to versatile adhesive properties to polar and non-polar substrates. As a result of high-pressure polymerization in a tubular reactor, LOTADER® 9304T also exhibits high transparency (low haze). LOTADER® 9304T is compatible with most tackifying resins and waxes and can be used in hot melt adhesives formulations. LOTADER® 9304T is also suitable to produce thermo-adhesive films for solid substrates like PA, PET and PU films, aluminum foils, fiber mats, foams. LOTADER® 9304T can also be used as a tie layer between polyethylene and polyamide in blown film co-extrusion.

3M™ Glass Bubbles D32/4500 is engineered hollow glass microspheres that are alternatives to conventional fillers and additives such as silicas, calcium carbonate, tale, clay, etc., for many demanding applications. These low-density particles are used in a wide range of industries to reduce part weight, lower costs and enhance product properties. The spherical shape of 3M glass bubbles offers a number of important benefits, including: higher filler loading, lower viscosity/improved flow, and reduced shrinkage and warpage. It also helps the 3M glass bubbles blend readily into compounds, and makes them adaptable to a variety of production processes, including spraying, casting and molding. In addition, they offer greater survivability under demanding processing conditions, such as injection molding, and also produce stable voids, which results in low thermal conductivity and a low dielectric constant. The chemically stable soda-lime-borosilicate glass composition of 3M glass bubbles provides excellent water resistance, to create more stable emulsions. They are also non-combustible and non-porous, so they do not absorb resin. And, their low alkalinity gives 3M glass bubbles compatibility with most resins, stable viscosity and long shelf life. 3M™ Glass Bubbles D32/4500 offer the same combination of strength and light weight as standard 3M glass bubbles, with an added surface treatment of special coupling agents, for use in high- tech applications such as aerospace and hydrospace syntactic foam, radomes and printed wire boards. They are available in a variety of sizes and grades for various product and processing requirements.

LOTADER® 4700 is a random ethylene-ethyl acrylate-maleic anhydride terpolymer. Acrylic ester brings softness and polarity, while keeping high thermal stability during processing. The high content of acrylic ester leads to high flexibility (low-crystallinity) and high impact absorption behavior. Maleic anhydride provides reactivity (towards OH and NH2 groups), leading to optimal dispersion during melt mixing with engineering thermoplastics. LOTADER® 4700 is suitable as modifier to improve the impact strength of polyamides (PA6, PA66, PA12...). It can also be used as a compatibiliser for polyamides/polyolefins blends.
