BONDERITE® S-FN 330 ACHESON offers clean, dry, long lasting, solvent resistant lubrication for sliding, rubbing or rolling surfaces. BONDERITE® S-FN 330 ACHESON is a resin-bonded PTFE lubricant supplied as one component in ready-for-use form. Its low temperature cure of 50°C (300°F) does not affect heat-sensitive substrates such as light metals, wood, rubber and some plastics. The extremely thin coating of BONDERITE® S-FN 330 ACHESON necessary to achieve maximum lubrication (from 0.0003 to 0.0007 inch, or 0.008 to 0.018 millimeter) allows post-treatment of parts while maintaining original part dimensions without redesign. In many cases, BONDERITE® S-FN 330 ACHESON coating can replace metal plating or finishing and offers improved performance at lower cost.

BONDERITE® C-AK 5578-L AERO (known as TURCO 5578-L) is an amber, liquid compound formulated to clean and etch titanium, columbium and tantalum alloys by spray or immersion systems. BONDERITE® C-AK 5578-L AERO readily removes mill soils, marking inks, lube oils, cutting oil and fingerprints at a low concentration and will etch titanium at higher concentrations. BONDERITE® C-AK 5578-L AERO is an effective etch prior to adhesive bonding, diffusion bonding, painting, welding and brazing.

BONDERITE® L-GP 213 is a lubricant product, designed for use in various industrial applications.

Dynasylan® HYDROSIL 2909 functions as a surface modifier, coupling agent, and crosslinking agent in industrial additives.

Dynasylan® AMEO is a bifunctional silane possessing a reactive primary amino group and hydrolyzable ethoxysilyl groups. The dual nature of its reactivity allows Dynasylan® AMEO to bind chemically to both inorganic materials (e.g. glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (e.g. thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers) thus functioning as an adhesion promoter, crosslinker, and/or surface modifier.

Bluesil™ FLD 47 V500 is straight chained polydimethylsiloxanic fluids.

BONDERITE® L-GP is a water-based lubricant carrier, designed for use in mold applications. It can be applied by spray and is compatible with aluminum and metal surfaces. The product is non-flammable and non-toxic, offering several key features such as good mold protection, excellent release properties, a smooth surface finish, and improved wear resistance. It is a ready-to-use product that provides reliable performance in mold-related applications.

BONDERITE® L-GP 154 RFU a specially processed colloidal graphite dry film lubricant, air dries rapidly at room temperature and adheres tenaciously to most substrates with minimum surface preparation. The thinness of the coating, coupled with high lubricity, provides clean, long-wearing lubrication without redesign of component dimensions. Supplied in Ready-For-Use form, coatings are easily applied during manufacture or assembly by standard spray techniques. BONDERITE L-GP 154 RFU ACHESON (known as DAG 154 RFU) is also an easy-to-apply resistance coating designed to provide conductivity, and excellent release properties to many nonconductive substrates, including most plastics.

CARNATION® Trough Grease Regular is a single-ingredient grease product, identified as petrolatum. It belongs to the petroleum distillates chemical family and has the INCI name petrolatum.

Bluesil™ FLD 47 V350 is straight chained polydimethylsiloxanic fluids.

The dual nature of its reactivity allows Dynasylan® AMMO to bind chemically to both inorganic materials (e.g. glass, metals fillers) and organic polymers (e.g. thermosets, thermoplastics and elastomers), thus functioning as an adhesion promoter and a surface modifier. Dynasylan® AMMO is a clear, colorless liquid having an amine­like odor which is soluble in alcohols and aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons.

BONDERITE® L-FG 137 is specifically formulated to provide a superior lubricating and release film for high temperature applications. Its unique particle size and binder system combine to promote a tenacious graphite film for maximum protection against galling, soldering and seizing.

BONDERITE® L-FG 1105 is a non-graphited, water-based die lubricant formulated to provide effective lubrication and release when hot forging on presses, upsetters and hammers. It is capable of wetting dies at temperatures as high as 371°C (700°F), and provides good metal flow.

Licocene® PP MA 1332 granules TP is a propylene-ethylene copolymer modified with maleic anhydride.

BONDERITE® S-FN 309 ACHESON (known as EMRALON 309) is a concentrated dispersion of PTFE fluorocarbon resin in an isopropyl alcohol carrier. BONDERITE® S-FN 309 ACHESON is designed to provide a fast-drying, low-friction coating when diluted or compounded as a lubricant. It provides good adhesion to many substrates including: wood, metal, rubber, plastic and glass. Moving parts wear longer, work harder and need less maintenance when coated with this product. As a “friction modifier” additive, it is conducive to most aerosol or coating formulations and can be applied by virtually all types of application methods.
