VANCRYL® 927 is a medium glass transition temperature acrylic emulsion for the graphic arts industry. Excellent gloss can be obtained by utilizing VANCRYL® 927 in inks and coatings. Its film formation properties, coupled with its rapid water release, result in very fast drying. It is suitable for both flexographic and gravure printing on paper substrates. VANCRYL® 927 has excellent compatibility with pigment dispersions and alcohols. Inks formulated with VANCRYL® 927 have good transfer, printability, and resolubility for high-quality printing on various paper substrates (including metalized paper) and aluminum foil. VANCRYL® 927 can also be formulated as a high gloss OPV that will very quickly develop water, oil, and scuff resistance.

Dynasylan® SIVO 203 is a new multifunctional aminosilane adhesion promoter that can be used for a wide variety of applications. Dynasylan® SIVO 203 is mainly dedicated for use in adhesives and; sealants to improve the adhesion of hybrid products (e.g. silylated polyurethanes, MS Polymers), RTV-silicones, two-part polyurethanes and two-part epoxies to inorganic surfaces and some difficult plastic surfaces. UCECOAT® 6560 is an aliphatic urethane acrylate solution in water, containing approx. 50% acrylated products. The UCECOAT® 6560 is organo-tin free and highly recommended as primer for wood applications. Films containing UCECOAT® 6560 and cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit a nice optical aspect on different woods. Stability problems can occur if more water is added. Therefore, we recommend to use the EBECRYL® 11 produced by allnex.

EBECRYL® 7100 is an acrylated amine primarily used as a hydrogen donor, or photoactivator, in ultraviolet light (UV) curable coatings and inks. When used in formulations in combination with a photosensitizer (e.g. benzophenone), EBECRYL® 7100 provides rapid UV cure response in air by mitigating the effects of oxygen inhibition at the coating or ink surface. Unlike conventional tertiary amines such as N-methyldiethanolamine, EBECRYL® 7100 reacts to become part of the UV cured polymer, resulting in lower residual odor and improved moisture resistance. EBECRYL® 7100 also promotes adhesion to plastic substrates and lowers viscosity when used as a primary component in UV adhesives and coatings.
