UCECOAT® 7510 is used in automotive OEM coatings, industrial coatings, paints and coatings markets. It cures by radiation and functions as a binder and resin.

UCECOAT® 7788 is a tin-free, VOC-free, aliphatic polyurethane acrylate dispersion in water. It is a robust and versatile resin ideally suited for UV/EB energy curable industrial coatings applied by spray, curtain or roll coating. UCECOAT® 7788 can be used as the sole formulation resin or in combination with other water-borne resins.

EBECRYL® 3603 is an epoxy novolac acrylate diluted 20% by weight with the reactive diluent tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) . EBECRYL 3603 exhibits rapid cure upon exposure to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) and superior chemical and thermal resistance.

EBECRYL® 3730-TP25 is the modified diacrylate ester of a bisphenol A based epoxy resin diluted 25% by weight with the reactive diluent tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA)(1). It is designed primarily for use in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) curable formulations. EBECRYL® 3730-TP25 is light in color with high UV/EB reactivity, and exhibits good wetting of pigments, matting agents and substrates compared to unmodified epoxy acrylates. Cured films based on EBECRYL® 3730-TP25 will typically demonstrate high gloss and hardness, and good chemical resistance.

Plastistrength® 576 is an advanced high molecular weight acrylic process aid that offers outstanding melt strength, excellent melt elongation and enhanced fusion promotion. It can be used to promote fusion in highly filled compounds, or used in PVC foam applications to allow for lower temperature processing, or used anywhere improved fusion performance is desired. EBECRYL® 411 is a modified polyester resin for flexographic narrow web and rotary screen applications. It was developed for low viscosity inks and coatings with excellent adhesion to unprimed OPP films. EBECRYL® 411 is diluted with dipropyleneglycol diacrylate (DPGDA) monomer.

EBECRYL® 8296 is an aliphatic urethane acrylate designed for use in applications requiring haptic properties (e.g. “soft touch”). Films of EBECRYL® 8296 cured via exposure to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) are soft, flexible, and resistant to yellowing coupled with high surface tack.

EBECRYL® 605/40 is a bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate diluted approximately 40% by weight with the reactive diluent tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) (1) to provide a lower viscosity, easier handling product. EBECRYL® 605/40 exhibits light color and fast cure response. Films of EBECRYL 605/40 cured via ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high gloss, surface hardness, and superior chemical resistance.

EBECRYL® 3701-20T is the modified bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate, EBECRYL 3701, diluted 20% by weight with the reactive diluent trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA)(1) to provide a lower viscosity, easier handling product. Films of EBECRYL® 3701-20T cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit flexibility, abrasion resistance, high gloss, and superior chemical resistance.

EBECRYL® 809 is a modified polyester acrylate designed to exhibit greater flexibility and impact resistance than typical polyester acrylates. Films of EBECRYL® 809 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) provide good flexibility, high gloss, toughness and surface hardness.

Tetrahydrofuran is a precursor and solvent used in chemical manufacturing, industrial and assembly adhesives, industrial coatings, and resin manufacturing.

Toyal 7150N is a medium-coarse particle sized non-leafing aluminum pigment, with irregular flake geometry. It is a mixture of mineral spirits and high aromatic solvents.

EBECRYL® 3702 is a fatty acid modified bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate that exhibits outstanding flow and leveling and pigment wetting properties. Films of EBECRYL® 3702 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high gloss, improved water resistance and good chemical resistance.

EBECRYL® 3600 is an amine modified bisphenol A epoxy acrylate that exhibits exceptionally fast cure via exposure to ultraviolet light (UV). Films of EBECRYL® 3600 cured by UV or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high gloss and hardness combined with excellent chemical resistance. The amine modification can also improve adhesion to plastics.
