CARPOL® GP-1000-60 Polyolis a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 1000 Da. This triol is polymerized solely with propylene oxide for controlled reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® GP-1000-60 Polyol may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

D.E.H.® 488L is a modified cycloaliphatic polyamine curing agent with long pot life. No phenol or nonylphenol were used in the manufacture of this material. It has high reactivity, low viscosity and good acid and chemical resistance. Epoxy resin systems cured with D.E.H.® 488L at temperatures above 10 C show an outstanding early water resistance.

AP 5965 is a curing agent used in CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers) applications. It plays a key role in the curing process, promoting crosslinking and enhancing the strength and durability of resin systems in various industrial applications.

TEGO® Flow 380 is a silicone-free acrylic leveling agent and shows good compatibility and flow promotion with additional anti-popping properties. It is highly recommended for solvent borne coatings, especially clear coatings.

UCECOAT® 7710 is a solvent free, energy curable polyurethane dispersion specifically developed for high gloss applications on wood and plastics. It exhibits high hardness and scratch resistance. UCECOAT® 7710 is not physically drying before UV curing.

H.B. Fuller® PD-2222 is a self-crosslinking binder and resin used in waterborne adhesives for adhesives and sealants.

EBECRYL® 8702 is an aliphatic urethane hexaacrylate that offers a multitude of performance properties allowing the formulator the flexibility to meet requirements. Films using EBECRYL® 8702 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit a combination of hardness, abrasion and impact resistance coupled with good exterior durability.

Exolit® OP 1312 is a non-halogenated flame retardant based on organic phosphinates. The product achieves its flame retardant effect through intumescence. The thermoplastic polymer with Exolit® OP 1312 foams and crosslinks on exposure to flame and forms a stable char at the surface acting as a barrier. The protective layer provides a heat insulating effect, reduces oxygen access and prevents dripping of molten polymer. Exolit® OP 1312 is a white powder.

WANNATE® TL-75E is an aromatic polyisocyanate based on toluene diisocyanate. It is a colorless or pale yellow liquid with a solvent-like odor with approx. 75 % in ethyl acetate.

Preventol® MP 260 is an anti-microbial agent, biocide, and fungicide used in adhesives and sealants, fluids and lubricants, industrial cleaning, printing and inks, surface care, and textile manufacturing. It is applied in metalworking fluids and functions as a fungicide and biocide.

Additin® M 49.001 is a hydrocarbon-based corrosion inhibitor, film former, and lubricity additive used in metalworking fluids, anti-rust oils, cutting fluids, dewatering fluids, drawing compounds, machining oils, and stamping oils. It provides excellent lubricity, good film formation, and wetting properties, with high biostability and low odor.

Solumer™ 875T is an ethylene-octene copolymer produced via NexleneTM technology. Solumer™ 875T performs well in a wide range of general purpose thermoplastic elastomer applications and has excellent flow characteristics.

Naugalube® 438L is an antioxidant used in automotive fluids and lubricants, and transmission fluids. It is compatible with mineral oils and synthetic base stocks and applied in engine oils, gear oils, hydraulic fluids, industrial oils, and turbine and compressor oils.

NYONOL™ LP-625 is a water insoluble polyalkene glycol (PAG). It is a clear liquid at room temperature with a low vapor pressure. NYONOL™ LP-625 exhibits excellent lubricity and can be used in various industrial lubricating applications.
