BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON is designed to provide controlled electrical resistance properties. BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON is a dispersion of finely divided graphite pigment in an epoxy resin solution. When properly cured, it has excellent adhesion to epoxy circuit boards, bushings, plastics and ceramics. BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON also has excellent wearing properties. It provides chemical resistance to oils and many solvents, but not to enamel strippers. BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON as a lubricant coating provides clean, dry, long-wearing, and superior maintenance-free lubrication for a wide range of light to medium load applications. A thin film of BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON keeps wear uniform and reduces friction on mating metal parts without requiring increased manufacturing tolerances. Components are protected from metal-to-metal contact even in applications approaching boundary lubrication, reducing the risk of damage due to partial or complete seizure. Formulated from processed micro-graphite and epoxy resin, BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON forms tightly adherent coatings on many types of substrates. In addition to high lubricity, BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON coatings exhibit extremely good wear resistance to oils and solvents (except enamel strippers).

BONDERITE® L-CA PF 404 ACHESON (known as PF 404) is a blend of ultra-fine graphite particles dispersed in a water-extendible solution. Specifically designed for continuous casting, BONDERITE® L-CA PF 404 ACHESON (known as PF 404) provides excellent release, superior tooling protection and high temperature wetting characteristics on copper/bronze dam blocks. Its unique formulation minimizes gassing which compounds porosity levels. BONDERITE® L-CA PF 404 ACHESON (known as PF 404) does not build up and is easily washed from the dam block surface.

Focus Base 10 is a soluble oil emulsifier package designed to emulsify naphthenic oils with aniline points between 160°F and 180°F. Higher treat levels with Focus Base 10 provide greater emulsification and rust protection under more demanding conditions. Focus Base 10 provides good emulsion stability in both soft and hard waters. This product is compatible with extreme pressure additives such as chlorinated paraffins, sulfurized products and esters used to formulate heavy duty soluble oils. Focus Base 10 does not contain chlorine, free sulfur, nitrites, phenols or heavy metals.

CEAMBLOOM WD 3158 is a stabiliser system based on carrageenan and other hydrocolloids, standardized to obtain an uniform performance. Carrageenan is a natural hydrocolloid extracted from red seaweed of the Rhodophyceae class.

POLYGLYKOL B 01/150 is a dispersant and solvent used in chemical manufacturing, equipment and parts, fluids and lubricants, leather manufacturing, metal manufacturing and finishing, paints and coatings, printing and inks, and textile manufacturing. It is applied in metal processing and used in greases and metalworking fluids as a base stock and oil, lubricating agent, and solvent. Additionally, it functions as a lubricant and solvent in industrial additives.

Energia® 871 is a high conductive clean carbon additive which is designed to deliver excellent electrical conductivity in lithium-ion cells. Due to its unique morphological properties, Energia 871 requires less solvent during the electrode preparation. Energia 871 conductive carbon additive helps in improving specific capacity and power. With both good chemical and physical cleanliness, it contributes to extend the cycle life of the battery.
