EBECRYL® 893 is a modified polyester acrylate specifically developed for UV curable field applied concrete and vinyl composition tile (VCT) floor coatings. EBECRYL 893 provides resistance to yellowing upon cure and over its lifetime. The low viscosity of EBECRYL 893 also provides latitude to achieve low viscosity formulations, which are required for field applied applications. Concrete and VCT coatings based on EBECRYL 893 provide a good balance of properties such as cure speed, adhesion, hardness, and scratch resistance. Good chemical and solvent resistance and high gloss are also obtained with concrete and VCT coatings based on EBECRYL 893.

RHOPLEX® VSR-5102 is a 100% Acrylic Binder designed for low-VOC interior and exterior flat to semi-gloss coatings. RHOPLEX® VSR-5102 can be formulated with little or no coalescent to pass the most stringent VOC regulations and is manufactured without the use of APEO surfactants. RHOPLEX® VSR-5102 offers a good balance of abrasive scrub resistance and stain removal along with very good exterior durability and dirt pick up resistance facilitating the formulation of high quality, low-VOC and low odor interior and exterior paints.

EBECRYL® 4740 is a weather-stable aliphatic urethane acrylate having a low viscosity due to the allophanate structure. Formulations based on EBECRYL® 4740 exhibit high reactivity and yield tough and elastic polymers. Coatings formulated with EBECRYL® 4740 are characterized by very good chemical and mechanical resistances, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, and high resistance to yellowing.

EBECRYL® 4857 is a low viscosity, monomer free aliphatic urethane diacrylate which exhibits good flexibility in UV or EB cured films. The resin is designed to exhibit low yellowing and good exterior durability. Due to its low Tg the product is suitable for applications requiring haptic properties (e.g. “soft touch/feel”).

EBECRYL® 1258 is a trifunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate diluted 20% by weight with hydroxypropylmethacrylate (HPMA) that does not contain any intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals, hydroquinone (HQ) or methyl ether of hydroquinone (MEHQ). (Please note that quinones are present in many raw materials, so the overall quinone content is reduced, but not zero in EBECRYL® 1258.) Films of EBECRYL® 1258 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) combine abrasion resistance, flexibility, and adhesion with resistance to yellowing.

CYCAT® 500 is a catalyst used in electrostatic spraying applications, particularly in coil coating, e-coat & electrodeposition, primers, and solventless or high solids coatings. It features good cure acceleration, high electrical resistance, improved adhesion, and low energy consumption. It functions as a catalyst in CASE ingredients.

EBECRYL® 3700-20T is the bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate, EBECRYL 3700, diluted 20% by weight with the reactive diluent trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA)(1), to provide a lower viscosity, easier handling product. EBECRYL 3700- 20T exhibits very fast cure response and low odor. Films of EBECRYL® 3700-20T cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high gloss, surface hardness, scratch resistance, and excellent chemical resistance.

EBECRYL® 8301-R is a hexafunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate that provides extremely fast cure response when exposed to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB). Cured films of EBECRYL® 8301-R exhibit high hardness, scratch and chemical resistance, and are resistant to yellowing.

EBECRYL® 8604 is an aliphatic urethane tetraacrylate. As the main resin, EBECRYL 8604 offers excellent reactivity combined with good hardness and toughness. As a co-resin, EBECRYL 8604 blended with higher functional (penta or greater) oligomer(s) improves reactivity and weatherability while increasing the ductility with minimum impact surface hardness. Films of EBECRYL 8604 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) combine abrasion resistance, hardness, and excellent exterior durability.

Agimid® 241 N070 is a plasticized and impact modified PA12 extrusion grade.

RHOPLEX® WL-91 is a binder and resin, classified as a chemical mixture and blend. It is used in architectural coatings, automotive OEM coatings, automotive and transportation, industrial applications, and paints and coatings. It functions as a binder.

EBECRYL® 1710 is an acrylic polymer diluted 60% by weight with the reactive diluent 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA)(1). EBECRYL® 1710 is used as the primary or a modifying oligomer in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) curable formulations to improve film properties such as adhesion and lay-down.

Toyal TCR3140 is a non-leafing aluminum paste used in fully circulation resistant.

Agimid® 210 B070-S is a PA 12 semi-flexible with high fluidity and processing aid, dedicated to the injection molding.

Agimid® 240 N120 is a plasticized, heat and light stabilized and impact modified product for extrusion. The main application is pneumatic tubes for industrial and automotive markets.
