ROYALE BLACK® PP805 is a general purpose low color pigment black suitable for a broad range of tinting and less demanding weathering applications. Its morphology enables relatively high loadings in the masterbatches lowering formulation cost. ROYALE BLACK® PP805, selective production process is designed to achieve a good level of filterability even at high loadings. Due to its relatively larger particle size, PP805 is an easy to disperse carbon black. ROYALE BLACK® PP805 is recommended as opacifying agent for film applications requiring low weatherability, for smooth surface utility pipes, injection moulded goods, and recommended for irrigation pipe application. ROYALE BLACK® PP805 is also recommended as tinting colorant for various water base and solvent base paint applications.

ROYALE BLACK® PP802F is a High Purity Furnace Black that meets the below purity requirements of US FDA 21 CFR 178.3297.PP802F specialty carbon black can be used in various food contact applications where US FDA requirements are needed. ROYALE BLACK® PP802F also complies with other regional food contact legislation such as European Union EC 10/2011, Japan, and China. ROYALE BLACK® PP802F exhibits good jetness and blue undertone with excellent dispersability and masterbatch dilutability for various food contact applications.

ROYALE BLACK® PF EXP is a specialty black for fiber application. It provides significant advantages to fine denier polyester fibre spinner and masterbatch producers. Its ultra-physical cleanliness increases melt fibre life by reducing plugging resulting in low production cost of fibre manufacturing. Morphological properties of PF EXP are balanced in such a way that it provides a good combination of blue tone, dispersibilty, dilutability and; color strength with extremely low filterability. With PF EXP, high spin pack life can be achieved by polyester fibre producers. It provides very low consistent fine screen Delta P in PET, PBT and; PP base polymers.

ROYALE BLACK® PP802 is a US FDA 21CFR 178.3297 compliant black which can be used in food contact polymer applications. ROYALE BLACK® PP802 also meets Commission Directive EC/10/2011 which deals with plastic materials and articles intended to come in contact with foodstuffs. ROYALE BLACK® PP802 is also a "P" type black for pressure pipe application having extremely low filter pressure value and good dispersion. Since ROYALE BLACK® PP802 is used in pipes meant for conveying potable water and gas, it has good organoleptic properties and meets purity standards for "P" type blacks such as low sieve residue, low ash and low sulphur.

Orient Black® N330 is a High Abrasion Furnace (HAF) grade featuring medium structure and medium surface area, offering high resilience, easy processing and good tensile strength properties.

AEROSIL® 200 Silica is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g. Widely usable in a broad range of applications.

Exolit® AP 422 A is a fine-particle ammonium polyphosphate (phase II) with less than 0.1% melamine. The product is largely insoluble in water and completely insoluble in organic solvents. It is colorless, non-hygroscopic, non-flammable, and classified as SVHC-free under current regulations.

Durad® 150B is a t-butylphenyl phosphate ester. Triaryl phosphates are widely known as effective, ashless antiwear and mild extreme pressure additives for lubricants and functional fluids. The primary function of triaryl phosphates is to reduce friction and wear in applications where high loads cause boundary lubrication conditions. The Durad® product line offers the broadest range of physical and performance properties tailored for specific applications. The t-butylphenyl phosphates are one of several families of products in the lubricant additives product range. Other additives families include trialkyl phosphates, isopropylphenyl phosphates and cresol- and xylenol phosphates TYPICAL PROPERTIES Durad® t-butylphenyl phosphates are manufactured to provide a range of physical property characteristics as below. Orient Black® N762 is a low surface area, low structure semi reinforcing soft grade carbon black providing high resilience and excellent processing properties.

Preventol® D 7 CF is a preservative used in air washer systems, cooling systems, and pulp and paper mills. It is compatible with high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polyethylenes (PE), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and works on metal and stainless steel substrates. It is applied in metalworking fluids and industrial additives and functions as a preservative in both industrial and fluid applications.

ROYALE BLACK® PC505 has been developed for semi-conductive applications. It is easy processing and ultra clean conductive black designed for use in a semi conductive compound for medium voltage power transmission cable application. With high structure, it offers higher conductivity and good processability in semi-conductive compounds.

Additin® RC 3662 is a tricresyl phosphate for reduction of friction and wear in applications where high loads cause boundary lubrication conditions. Used in high performance fluids including mineral oil and synthetic base fluids and more difficult base fluids such as polyalphaolefins. Triaryl phosphates of this type are widely known as effective ashless antiwear and mild extreme pressure additives for lubricants and functional fluids.

ROYALE BLACK® PP803K is primarily designed for all kind of film applications meeting stringent requirements of film dispersion. It has moderate jetness and low particle size to give adequate opacity and UV resistance.
