BONDERITE® L-FG RD-5 is a smokeless, water based graphite coating used in a wide variety of metalworking operations.BONDERITE® L-FG RD-5 (known as RD-5) forms a uniform dry film coating when sprayed on surfaces at temperatures up to and exceeding 600°F (316°C).

BONDERITE® L-FG 1105 is a non-graphited, water-based die lubricant formulated to provide effective lubrication and release when hot forging on presses, upsetters and hammers. It is capable of wetting dies at temperatures as high as 371°C (700°F), and provides good metal flow.

BONDERITE® L-GP OILDAG is a highly stable, wear and friction reducing dispersion of ultrafine graphite particles in a petroleum oil. This material is specifically formulated for applications which approach boundary lubrication conditions. Consistent use of BONDERITE® L-GP OILDAG produces durable mirror-like “graphitized” surfaces on mating parts. This graphite film lubricates effectively up to 900oF (482oC). The solid lubricating film also helps prevent metal-to-metal contact, greatly facilitating disassembly in many applications.

BONDERITE® L-CA PF 404 ACHESON (known as PF 404) is a blend of ultra-fine graphite particles dispersed in a water- extendible solution. Specifically designed for continuous casting, BONDERITE® L-CA PF 404 ACHESON (known as PF 404) provides excellent release, superior tooling protection and high temperature wetting characteristics on copper/bronze dam blocks. Its unique formulation minimizes gassing which compounds porosity levels. BONDERITE® L-CA PF 404 ACHESON (known as PF 404) does not build up and is easily washed from the dam block surface.

BONDERITE® L-GP 505 is a synthetic corrosion inhibitor designed for short-term corrosion protection on ferrous alloys. Its unique composition provides a durable, low foaming product for today’s moderate duty corrosion protecting needs.

BONDERITE® L-GP 2412 is a concentrated graphite lubricant and coating material specially formulated for demanding high temperature applications up to 900°F (482°C). High heat resistance plus the very low residue left by the fluid component make BONDERITE® L-GP 2412 ACHESON (known as DAG 2412) ideal for such applications as gasket coatings, foundry maintenance operations, and brazing and welding stop-off coatings. Gaskets seal effectively and release easily when pretreated with BONDERITE L-GP 2412 ACHESON (known as DAG 2412).
