BONDERITE® S-FN 333 is a blend of fluorocarbon lubricants in an organic resin binder and solvent system designed for applications beyond the scope of conventional fluorocarbon coatings. Its low coefficient of friction, hardness, adhesion, resiliency, and cure conditions allow application of BONDERITE® S-FN 333 in a multitude of places where pure sintered PTFE coatings are unsuitable. Coatings of BONDERITE® S-FN 333 wear longer than pure PTFE, offer superior chemical resistance, and can be repaired without removing the existing coating. BONDERITE® S-FN 333 combines the toughness of the support resin with the surface properties of pure PTFE.

BONDERITE® S-FN 109B is one of a series of coatings designed to provide controlled electrical properties. BONDERITE® S-FN 109B is a dispersion of finely divided graphite in a thermoplastic resin. This product rapidly air dries to form a flexible conductive coating. It is designed to be applied by typical spray or printing techniques. The flexibility of this product makes it an excellent choice for coating plastic as well as metal. BONDERITE® S-FN 109B is tested for 11 elemental impurities. BONDERITE® L-GP 154, a specially processed colloidal graphite dry film lubricant, air dries rapidly at room temperature and adheres tenaciously to most substrates with minimum surface preparation. The thinness of the coating, coupled with high lubricity, provides clean, long wearing lubrication without redesign of component dimensions. Coatings are easily applied during manufacture or assembly by standard spray, brush, or dip techniques. BONDERITE L-GP 154 ACHESON is also an easy-to-apply resistance coating designed to provide conductivity, and excellent release properties to many nonconductive substrates, including most plastics. BONDERITE L-GP 154 ACHESON has been specified throughout the electronics industry in a multitude of roles. It can easily be blended with BONDERITE L-GP M 210 ACHESON (molybdenum disulfide insulating coating) to attain cost-effective sheet resistance variations.

BONDERITE® S-FN 309 ACHESON (known as EMRALON 309) is a concentrated dispersion of PTFE fluorocarbon resin in an isopropyl alcohol carrier. BONDERITE® S-FN 309 ACHESON is designed to provide a fast-drying, low-friction coating when diluted or compounded as a lubricant. It provides good adhesion to many substrates including: wood, metal, rubber, plastic and glass. Moving parts wear longer, work harder and need less maintenance when coated with this product. BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON is designed to provide controlled electrical resistance properties. BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON is a dispersion of finely divided graphite pigment in an epoxy resin solution. When properly cured, it has excellent adhesion to epoxy circuit boards, bushings, plastics and ceramics. BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON also has excellent wearing properties. It provides chemical resistance to oils and many solvents, but not to enamel strippers. BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON as a lubricant coating provides clean, dry, long-wearing, and superior maintenance-free lubrication for a wide range of light to medium load applications. A thin film of BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON keeps wear uniform and reduces friction on mating metal parts without requiring increased manufacturing tolerances. Components are protected from metal-to-metal contact even in applications approaching boundary lubrication, reducing the risk of damage due to partial or complete seizure. Formulated from processed micro-graphite and epoxy resin, BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON forms tightly adherent coatings on many types of substrates. In addition to high lubricity, BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON coatings exhibit extremely good wear resistance to oils and solvents (except enamel strippers).
