TEGO® AddBond LTH improves adhesion of coatings on metal and plastic substrates. It does not soften the coating film and can be used for solvent borne, solvent-free, and radiation-curing coating systems.

EBECRYL® 4859 is a difunctional aliphatic urethane methacrylate that does not contain any intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals*, hydroquinone (HQ) or methyl ether of hydroquinone (MEHQ). (Please note that quinones are present in many raw materials, so the overall quinone content is reduced, but not zero in EBECRYL 4859.) Due to a low intrinsic viscosity, EBECRYL 4859 offers ease of formulating in energy curable systems that are low in viscosity with high oligomer content. Films of EBECRYL 4859 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit good hardness, optically clarity, low color and good impact resistance.

Hostavin® 3070 disp. is a 52% aqueous dispersion of an oligomeric hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS), designed for UV stabilization of paints and clear coats. This HALS is characterized by its broad compatibility and excellent resistance to migration, low extraction and very low tox-profile.

BONDERITE® L-GP M 210 is a colloidal dispersion of molybdenum disulfide in alcohol. BONDERITE® L-GP M 210 ACHESON (known as MOLYDAG 210) offers excellent extreme-pressure lubrication in a resin-bonded system that air dries in five to ten minutes. The material is easily applied by standard spray, brush, or dip methods to all substrates not affected by the fluid component. BONDERITE® L-GP M 210 ACHESON (known as MOLYDAG 210) is supplied as a concentrate to be used as is or diluted in appropriate solvent for final application.

Hatcol® 2920 is a medium viscosity pure triester base stock made from branched alcohols. It combines excellent high temperature oxidative stability with good low temperature fluidity.

EBECRYL® 4500 is an undiluted aromatic urethane acrylate designed for wood coatings (cork and parquet) with a high grit feeder abrasion resistance.

Bayferrox® 6622 is an inorganic pigment composed of a mixture of iron and iron compounds, used in various applications requiring pigmentation.

RHOPLEX® CL-106 acrylic emulsion has been designed for use in factory-applied clear topcoats for wood requiring the highest levels of appearance and surface hardness characteristics. Lacquers based on RHOPLEX® CL-106 acrylic emulsion are translucent in the can and upon application turn clear very rapidly while drying. RHOPLEX® CL-106 acrylic emulsion was developed for use in topcoat finishes and as such does not provide optimum appearance qualities if used as a sealer. In multi-coat systems, the finest overall appearance is obtained when RHOPLEX® CL-106 acrylic emulsion is used over specialized sealer formulations. It is recommended that RHOPLEX® CL-106 acrylic emulsion be used over sealers formulated from RHOPLEX® CL-105 emulsion. In this manner, RHOPLEX® CL-105 emulsion contributes excellent wood fiber wetting, appearance characteristics, and early sandability to the system while RHOPLEX® CL-106 emulsion provides a topcoat with hardness, mar resistance, and clarity. The volatile organic content (VOC) of typically formulated clear topcoat lacquers is less than 2.3 lb/gal and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) are 0.3 lb HAPs/lb solids.

Bayferrox® 6518 is an inorganic pigment blend and it is suitable for various industrial applications.

Durad® 150B is a t-butylphenyl phosphate ester. Triaryl phosphates are widely known as effective, ashless antiwear and mild extreme pressure additives for lubricants and functional fluids. The primary function of triaryl phosphates is to reduce friction and wear in applications where high loads cause boundary lubrication conditions. The Durad® product line offers the broadest range of physical and performance properties tailored for specific applications. The t-butylphenyl phosphates are one of several families of products in the lubricant additives product range. Other additives families include trialkyl phosphates, isopropylphenyl phosphates and cresol- and xylenol phosphates TYPICAL PROPERTIES Durad® t-butylphenyl phosphates are manufactured to provide a range of physical property characteristics as below. Esterex™ NP343 is a API category Group V fluids. Esterex™ NP343 has excellent low temperature properties, good lubricating properties, and low volatilities. Esterex™ NP343 can be used as sole basestocks or blendstocks with other synthetic fluids in many automotive and industrial lubricant applications. Esterex™ NP343 is ideal for use in highly loaded, high speed lubricant applications where energy efficiency is desired.

RHOPLEX® VSR-50 is a 100% acrylic latex designed for premium architectural flat to gloss interior and exterior coatings. Its low coalescent demand allows the formulator to meet 50 g/L VOC regulations with some freeze-thaw capability. RHOPLEX® VSR-50 offers excellent surfactant leaching, water resistance properties, and alkali resistance. It provides proven superior exterior durability after several years of exposure over a variety of substrates such as wood, metal, and masonry for dirt pick-up resistance, efflorescence resistance, crack resistance, and tint retention. It is easy to formulate, slurry compatible, and has good block resistance.

Bayferrox® 3910 LV is an iron oxide yellow pigment, also known as ferric oxide yellow. It is a single-ingredient product used in various applications requiring pigment and colorant properties.

TEGO® Wet 500 is a silicone-free substrate wetting additive with low foam tendecy. It is highly recommended for water borne coatings with dynamic applications.

G-2163-2 is a member of a family of technologically advanced greases that have been developed by complexing modified overbased calcium sulfonates. This technology, developed and patented by Chemtura, is characterized by exceptional mechanical stability, high dropping point, high load carrying performance, reduced wear, and excellent resistance to water and corrosion. This technology equals and in many ways outperforms other premium, high temperature greases such as Lithium Complex, Aluminum Complex and Polyurea.
