- Product Applications
It is used in combination with liquid Epoxy resins or epoxy resin modified by means of reactive as well as non-reactive diluents. Suitable for travelable flooring, repair of mortars and patching compounds. Concrete coatings and primers
Properties
- Physical Form
- Product Properties
Epoxy coating systems cured with AP 5555 present the following features.
- Suitable for ambient temperature cure.
- Faster cure and improved chemical résistance than standard polyamidoamine
- Low viscosity and good chemical resistance.
- Good bonding on concrete.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Contains any chemicals listed on Prop 65 (including impurities, residues, catalysts, monomers, and by-products and excluding heavy metals)?
Safety & Health
- Handling Precautions
The hardener will absorb moisture and carbon dioxide when left in open containers. This may result in increased viscosity and sometimes crystallization. Use personal protective equipments and follow industrial hygienic procedures. Recommended to use safety glasses, protective clothing, gloves, & masks suitable for chemical, solvents & their vapor.
