LOTADER® 4513T

LOTADER® 4513T is a random ethylene-methyl acrylate-maleic anhydride terpolymer. Versatile ready-to-use tie layer resin for extrusion lamination/coating, not intended to be diluted. Provides excellent adhesion in direct bonding onto printed, reverse-printed and plain films (OPET, OPP, CPP, OPA) while having a good processability in extrusion coating and lamination onto foil, metallized films, paper and board.

LOTADER® 4513T can be extruded with standard polyolefin extrusion equipment with typical melt temperature of 290°C and up to 320°C. LDPE purge is recommended before extruder shutdown.

Storage and Shelf Life Conditions
  • LOTADER® 4513T is usually packed in waterproof bags or rigid containers with waterproof liner. It should be stored in dry conditions and be kept out of moisture in an aerated building.
  • Improper storage conditions may cause degradation and could have consequences on physical properties of the product. It is recommended to reseal the bag or the liner after use to protect LOTADER® 4513T against moisture.
  • Shelf life is three years from the date of delivery, in unopened packaging.
