SURFYNOL® DF-75

SURFYNOL® DF-75 defoamer is an organic-based mineral oil-free additive designed to provide knockdown and sustained defoaming in a wide variety of water-based formulations. Performance benefits can be obtained when this product is incorporated into aqueous inks, overprint varnishes, coatings, adhesives and paper coatings. This compound is particularly useful for foam control in systems that are based upon acrylic resins.

* - Volatile organic compounds, VOCs, as defined by the EPA in 40 CFR 51.100(s). SURFYNOL® DF-75 defoamer was found to contribute no VOC under EPA Method 24 testing conditions when evaluated at 0.5 wt.% in a zero-VOC coating formulation.

Storage & Handling

Storage Conditions

Keep containers tightly closed in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place. Store between 5 and 35°C. Mix thoroughly before use. Product is freeze-thaw stable but may separate on standing or freezing; bring product to 20-30°C and mix thoroughly before use. The shelf life for SURFYNOL® DF-75 is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
