Toyal RD14-3527 belongs to the chemical mixtures and blends family and functions as a pigment with a metallic effect.

Thetawet™ FS-8050 is a nonionic surfactant used in caulks, home care products such as bottle wash, degreasers, floor cleaners, and household cleaners, and in industrial and institutional cleaning including bottle wash, degreasers, and industrial cleaners.

EBECRYL® 375 is a tetramercapto derivative designed as adhesion promotor on metal. It is used in a concentration of 2-10 % in acrylated systems to improve adhesion and flexibility.

UCECOAT® 7630 is an energy curable polyurethane dispersion which is tack-free after water evaporation. It has been developed for wood coatings but can also be used for other applications, such as field applied UV curable coatings for wood, concrete, VCT (vinyl composition tile), and resilient floors. Because of its non-irritant nature and low viscosity, it can be applied safely by spray coating and curtain coating.

CRAYVALLAC® PA3 X 20 is used in solventborne coatings, top coats, varnishes, and wood coatings. It is compatible with acrylics, alkyds, nitrocellulose, and polyurethanes (PU) and is suitable for wood substrates.

RHOPLEX® WL-100 is an acrylic-styrene copolymer designed for high-gloss, high-DOI (Distinctness of Image) waterborne plastic coatings where an attractive appearance and excellent dry and wet adhesion are important considerations. The favorable colloidal stability (robustness) of RHOPLEX® WL-100 accommodates a broad range of formulation types and formulation process techniques, providing the formulator with a versatile binder for a variety of applications. Robustness, along with 50% weight solids, allows the formulator to achieve volume solids above conventional waterborne binders.

RHOPLEX® R-253 is designed for use as an aqueous release coating, particularly for masking tapes. Coated directly over creped or flat saturated tape stocks or base coated saturated tape stock, RHOPLEX® R-253 offers a release surface for a typical masking tape adhesive. These release properties are retained over extended storage periods as indicated by accelerated high temperature/high humidity aging tests.

ACRYSOL™ RM-6000 Rheology Modifier is a nonionic urethane rheology modifier based on solvent-free1 technology offering improved efficiency without sacrificing key performance properties. The efficiency in both the medium shear and high shear range results in good flow and leveling with high film build while maintaining good sag resistance. ACRYSOL™ RM-6000 Rheology Modifier has demonstrated utility in a broad range of emulsions, including the “newer generation”, low-VOC types such as RHOPLEX™ SG-30 Acrylic Emulsion and RHOPLEX™ ML-300 Acrylic Emulsion.

EBECRYL® 4381 is a unsaturated polyester diluted with 30% dipropyleneglycol diacrylate (DPGDA)(1). Coatings based on EBECRYL® 4381 are characterized by good hardness and high gloss

EBECRYL® 8414 is a urethane acrylate developed for liquid energy curable thermoforming inks. Flexographic inks made with EBECRYL® 8414 exhibit excellent thermoformability with draws up to 1" without cracking, blistering, separation or loss of adhesion. This medium viscosity oligomer has good pigment wetting capability and ink performance.

EBECRYL® 838 is a polyester hexaacrylate that exhibits fast cure response and moderate viscosity. Films of EBECRYL 838 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) demonstrate good abrasion and scratch resistance, solvent resistance and hardness.

FASTRACK™ HD-21A Emulsion is an acrylic emulsion binder for high-durability traffic markings. Using a patented crosslinking technology, FASTRACK™ HD-21A Emulsion combines exceptional durability with the ease of handling and application typically associated with water-based technology. Designed to be a true waterborne durable traffic paint, FASTRACK™ HD-21A Emulsion is an excellent choice for situations where existing waterborne paint equipment is available, and where the additional benefits of rapid drying and excellent glass bead retention are critical. The ease of cleanup, enhanced worker safety, and reduced disposal costs are inherent features of FASTRACK™ HD-21A Emulsion that can translate into additional value and convenience for pavement marking applicators.

EBECRYL® 246 is a difunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate that does not contain any intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals*, hydroquinone (HQ) or methyl ether of hydroquinone (MEHQ). (Please note that quinones are present in many raw materials, so the overall quinone content is reduced, but not zero in EBECRYL 246.) Films of EBECRYL 246 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit excellent abrasion resistance, toughness and flexibility, and are resistant to yellowing.

BS-1C-7 is an organically modified smectite blend designed for use primarily in low polarity solvent systems. It is a conventional technology type, entailing activation to achieve optimal performance.

CYMEL® 1130 resin is a methylated/n-butylated melamine crosslinker with a high extent of alkylation. Its hydrophobic nature makes for improved wetting and adhesion on metal substrates, and improved humidity and salt spray resistance. CYMEL® 1130 resin is insoluble in water but shows excellent compatibility and stability with water-soluble backbone polymers and is an excellent crosslinker for anodic electrodeposition coatings.
