EBECRYL® 893 is a modified polyester acrylate specifically developed for UV curable field applied concrete and vinyl composition tile (VCT) floor coatings. EBECRYL 893 provides resistance to yellowing upon cure and over its lifetime. The low viscosity of EBECRYL 893 also provides latitude to achieve low viscosity formulations, which are required for field applied applications. Concrete and VCT coatings based on EBECRYL 893 provide a good balance of properties such as cure speed, adhesion, hardness, and scratch resistance. Good chemical and solvent resistance and high gloss are also obtained with concrete and VCT coatings based on EBECRYL 893.

Clearstrength® 859 is a methylmethacrylate-butadiene-styrene (MBS) core-shell impact modifier designed to meet the most demanding impact performances in injection molding, extrusion and calendering opaque applications. Clearstrength® 859 impact modifier is the next generation Clearstrength® 223 impact modifier, which low-temperature impact performance and processability have made it a leading impact modifier used in CPVC pipes and fittings, furniture films and indoor profiles for over 25 years.

PARALOID™ B-67 100% Resin is particularly compatible with medium and long-oil alkyds, drying oils, and oleoresinous varnishes. When used to modify these materials, coatings with improved hardness, faster drying speed, and better retention of color and gloss result. Hold out and brushing characteristics are also improved.

NuTone® 310 is a regular color, low structure powder furnace black suitable for a variety of pigmenting applications in inks.

Bayferrox® 6622 T is an inorganic pigment made from iron(III) oxide, used in various applications requiring pigmentation with iron-based compounds.

CARPOL® GP-3000-60 is a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 3000 Da. This triol is polymerized solely with propylene oxide for controlled reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® GP-3000-60 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

EBECRYL® LEO 10552 is a low viscosity amine modified polyether acrylate oligomer that provides low extractables, low odor and low migration after UV or EB curing. EBECRYL® LEO 10552 is recommended for use in low odor and low migrating UV overprint varnishes (OPV’s) and inks for indirect food packaging applications.

COMFORTSIL ECOSOFT E4 is a medium to low viscosity diamino functionalised polydimethyl siloxane, specially developed for formulation to emulsions for textile softening and textile resin plasticising.

SURFYNOL® DF-220 is an effective defoamer concentrate based on mineraloil /waxtechnology. Silicone-freeand contains no fumed silica.

VERSAL RED F3RKD is a pigment used in decorative paints, industrial coatings, offset and lithographic printing, and wallcoverings and decorative laminates. It is compatible with polyolefins and nitrocellulose, enhancing color in both plastics and elastomers. This pigment is designed to improve color quality across a range of applications.

Wayncor™ 219 is a zinc aluminum orthophosphate hydrate. It is a free flowing white powder intended for the use in anti-corrosion primer applications. Its pH allows it to be formulated into a wide range of formulas but is particularly effective in solvent systems and water based epoxies. Typical use levels range between 2 - 7% total formula weight.

D.E.R.® 663U Solid Epoxy Resin is a low molecular weight solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A. D.E.R.® 663U Solid Epoxy Resin is a low molecular weight, solid epoxy resin developed mainly for use in powder coatings. It can be incorporated in both pure epoxy and epoxy/polyester systems where the relationship between its melt viscosity and softening point properties ensures the production of homogeneous powders with good gloss, excellent flexibility and smoothness, and good storage stability. D.E.R.®. 663U Resin can also be used in epoxy ester applications, for example, in industrial or automotive coatings.

MAINCOTE™ PR-71 is used for all protective coating applications, the first need is for adhesion to and passivation of the substrate. In the past, difficult-to-adhere-to substrates were often treated with a vinyl wash primer to passivate the substrate and provide adhesion for subsequent coats. These vinyl wash primers are increasingly difficult to use as they are very low in solids, high in VOC, and contain toxic pigments. In contrast, MAINCOTE™ PR-71 Waterborne Acrylic Resin allows the coatings manufacturer to supply primers that not only adhere to difficult metallic substrates, but also give good corrosion resistance over carbon steel. This resin's ability to be topcoated by most solvent-based coating systems makes it a very versatile water-based primer.

SPECIAL Turquoise Blue AE 01 is a dye used in wood stains, detergents, car cleaners, and waterborne inks.
