EBECRYL® 8702 is an aliphatic urethane hexaacrylate that offers a multitude of performance properties allowing the formulator the flexibility to meet requirements. Films using EBECRYL® 8702 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit a combination of hardness, abrasion and impact resistance coupled with good exterior durability.

CRAYVALLAC® PA3 X 20 is used in solventborne coatings, top coats, varnishes, and wood coatings. It is compatible with acrylics, alkyds, nitrocellulose, and polyurethanes (PU) and is suitable for wood substrates.

RHOPLEX® R-253 is designed for use as an aqueous release coating, particularly for masking tapes. Coated directly over creped or flat saturated tape stocks or base coated saturated tape stock, RHOPLEX® R-253 offers a release surface for a typical masking tape adhesive. These release properties are retained over extended storage periods as indicated by accelerated high temperature/high humidity aging tests.

EBECRYL® 4381 is a unsaturated polyester diluted with 30% dipropyleneglycol diacrylate (DPGDA)(1). Coatings based on EBECRYL® 4381 are characterized by good hardness and high gloss

EBECRYL® 8414 is a urethane acrylate developed for liquid energy curable thermoforming inks. Flexographic inks made with EBECRYL® 8414 exhibit excellent thermoformability with draws up to 1" without cracking, blistering, separation or loss of adhesion. This medium viscosity oligomer has good pigment wetting capability and ink performance.

EBECRYL® 838 is a polyester hexaacrylate that exhibits fast cure response and moderate viscosity. Films of EBECRYL 838 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) demonstrate good abrasion and scratch resistance, solvent resistance and hardness.

EBECRYL® 3418 is a modified bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate that exhibits excellent reactivity and reduced viscosity. Films of EBECRYL® 3418 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high flexibility, gloss, toughness, adhesion and superior chemical and scratch resistance.

EBECRYL® 4859 is a difunctional aliphatic urethane methacrylate that does not contain any intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals*, hydroquinone (HQ) or methyl ether of hydroquinone (MEHQ). (Please note that quinones are present in many raw materials, so the overall quinone content is reduced, but not zero in EBECRYL 4859.) Due to a low intrinsic viscosity, EBECRYL 4859 offers ease of formulating in energy curable systems that are low in viscosity with high oligomer content. Films of EBECRYL 4859 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit good hardness, optically clarity, low color and good impact resistance.

EBECRYL® 4500 is an undiluted aromatic urethane acrylate designed for wood coatings (cork and parquet) with a high grit feeder abrasion resistance.

Vorite® 105 has been polymerized by a unique process, which imparts excellent thermal and viscosity stability. They function as polymeric plasticizers for elastomers in adhesive and sealant applications.

EBECRYL® 571 is a diluted polyester resin for narrow web shrink sleeve applications. It exhibits excellent adhesion, high flexibility, and superb shrink performance. For optimum performance EBECRYL 571 should be the dominant resin in the heat shrink ink formulation. EBECRYL 571 contains dipropyleneglycol diacrylate (DPGDA)(1) monomer.

ALPASTE® 7130N has a very narrow particle size distribution. The extra fine particles, which can cause a loss of color saturation, have been removed. Because of this process, it produces attractively bright and clear finishes.

EBECRYL® 246 is a difunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate that does not contain any intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals*, hydroquinone (HQ) or methyl ether of hydroquinone (MEHQ). (Please note that quinones are present in many raw materials, so the overall quinone content is reduced, but not zero in EBECRYL 246.) Films of EBECRYL 246 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit excellent abrasion resistance, toughness and flexibility, and are resistant to yellowing.

Alpate 1165 is aluminium paste with mineral spirit and naphtha solvents.

EBECRYL® 81 is an amine modified polyether acrylate that exhibits very low viscosity and fast cure via exposure to ultraviolet light (UV). Films of EBECRYL 81 cured by UV or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high gloss and low residual odor. EBECRYL® 81 is especially suited to applications requiring low viscosity and fast UV cure, including overprint varnishes and flexographic inks.
